Days Inn by Wyndham Wichita Falls

I Stayed at the days inn for a few days this past week. I had had to rent a.room due to some unfortunate events with My vehicle and life. I am sure many can relate when I say that a genuinely kind caring person in a hospitality position makes life alot easier and more pleasant for everyone. I was beyond impressed with everyone at this Days inn in Wichita Falls Tx. The owner, room service staff/ Maids and even the the very quiet maintenance man were all very helpful first of all, and and I was very well taken care of . I would say the only thing I didn't like was that the second day for some reason the maintenance man decided to work on something right outside my window He was extremely noisy and cursed a bit and didn't have much nice to say. But sometimes works stressful. I get it. Please next time offer me a better room though. mine has so many issues. Don't treat a new customer like they dont mattet. That is my only complaint about my stay there. So Yes Yes Yes This.Days Inn in witchita falls is Definitely a good inexpensive clean friendly place to stay. Over and out!! Rooms were extremely clean and front desk very efficient. Basic hotel. Beds are comfortable and pillows fluffy. Breakfast area had option of waffles, coffee, and orange drink. Staff very friendly and helpful. Floors in hotel room clean.

Positive: Quiet. Negative: No closet or clothing hanging rack. Had to lay our clothes out on a desktop since we couldn't hang them. First motel I've EVER been in where there was no way to hang your clothes up.

Breakfast was lite. An 8oz Sunny D if you looked for it and a 100 cal snack bar. There was Luke warm coffee and the legendary waffle machine. The shower/tub in my room was designed for people under 5'9". Someone 6'0" would be close to touching the top of the enclosure.

The hotel was clean. The shower is short not good if you are very tall. The parking is horrible if it’s late at night you have to park across the street there was zero parking spaces on Friday night.

Very disappointing stay. The heating was not working, the sheets were dirty, and the bathtub was dirty and clogged, which made the bathroom unusable. To make it worse, the key cards stopped working and it became a hassle just to get into the room.

I thought it was in a good location, close to the AFB, close to the stores, and downtown. Dallas is 2 hrs, which is within the 150 mi range. The room was spacious, and it served its purpose. We had no trouble ordering food and have it delivered to the room. Everyone minds their own business and no other concerns. This has been 2x that I've gotten a room here.
