Delux Inn

I know this isn’t a fancy hotel but the very list that can be done is to clean mold and dust . And bed bugs are ridiculous . Mold in the shower is crazy. Paid the room and left immediately. Waist of money.

Yes, this is one of Wichita Falls older hotels but it has been remodeled and the exterior looks very nice and well-kept. The front desk was friendly and helpful checking in and out. The room itself was large and very clean and seems to have been remodeled, too, with new carpet and paint. The bed was comfortable with clean linens and the rest of the furniture in the room was just fine. The TV reception was perfect and had plenty of channels to choose from. I spent $40 on my room and would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was quiet at night and my wife and I felt perfectly safe. Several restaurants are within walking distance. IHOP is just a block away. I wish I had stayed here during all my other visits to Wichita Falls. I could have saved a lot of money and still had a very nice room. I'll definitely stay here next time.

Very clean, management was exceptional, maids were nice, & maintenance was superb! Even though it was next to the freeway I couldn't hear any noise. Lot's of grassy area to take your dog out. Restaurants and convenience stores all around it. I was very satisfied with staying there. 🙂

I stayed at the deluxe for a week the first floor we went to a room and the tub was spitting up paper towels and hair ties. The woman at the front desk asked me if I let it go back down the drain like I was supposed to not let it, I explained to her ma’am that is not my job and we proceeded to the second floor. It wasn’t much better if you got a couple extra dollars on splurge on something else. Have a blessed day.

This could be an "overflow" facility for the state hospital..But the monthly rate is $750. Run down people in a rundown place but cheap!

I have now been there four times and each time I am surprised at how kind and thoughtful the staff is and how clean the rooms are. I have read some negative reviews about this motel, however; maybe those folks are expecting The Four Seasons for $40/night. It ain't happening. If you want the amenities of a 3-5 star hotel, pay $150- $1000 per night and stop complaining. If you are looking of a clean place to spend the night and to get off of that dark lonely hwy that won't break you and accepts our furry friends Motel6 is the perfect place.
