Super 8 by Wyndham Wichita Falls

I stayed here because it was off the highway. But I expected a clean room. Not sure it was clean the quilt was stained as were some of the towels. There was poop on the wall next to the toilet that I scrubbed off. The front desk was nice, their WiFi was out so no TV and had to use my phone as a hotspot to check in. I will not be staying there for my return trip.

This hotel isnt anything fancy, but it is clean, well kept with a comfy bed and hot shower. Those are the most important things to us. We have stayed here twice.

Positive: Comfortable beds, no carpet, refrigerator & microwave although we didn’t use either Negative: I tripped over a DEAD shrub stump and bunged up my knee along with several scratches getting to my room (pool area had been filled in and fence was gone but green shrubs were there except the one I didn’t see that was dead and there was poor lighting-

Dont hesitate to stop here ... even for an extended stay. Everything is new, and they did a great job on the remodel. Larger new reefers, and microwaves. 4 recessed can lights ... the room is bright! Clean tubs, nice beds and free Netflixs , yay! Lots of parking right outside the rooms. The area is great, and so are the people who work hear. Fresh paint, desk with nice chair and an extra easy chair too. The price is excellent. I think I an now a Wyndham person.

Argued with clerk when checking in because of them asking for "paperwork" for our service dogs. This is not ADA compliant because there is no REAL paperwork for service animals. I attempted to show the clerk the ADA website info on service animals, but he wanted nothing to do with it. Ended up having to pay extra for the dog with no paperwork. I would suggest the owner/manager and all front desk clerks become better educated concerning service animals. Room was dirty, had roaches in the fridge and all over the bathroom. One bed had dirty sheets. Looked like someone either stood on it or propped a dirty shoe on the sheet, see photo. Only stayed because had been driving over 10 hours. Will never stay here again and do not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely horrible customer service staff is rude, power outage happens without explanation. Also have an extremely terrible bee/ hornet situation where the guy walks around slapping them only makes them mad so you might get stung, as did I. Also do not expect working properly maintained working lights, mine has been working when it chooses. I contacted front office several weeks ago about my toilet running overtime I flush and their response was to turn off water below.and wait for maintenence. I'm still awaiting maintenence 3+ weeks later. Super 8 more.like super can wait...there is noting super or great about this place...

Do NOT book this hotel!! We booked for 2 nights and left early to find a different hotel. The sheets, pillows, comforter and top cover were all stained with old blood. When we pulled the covers back, there were tiny black hairs in the sheets. I’m fairly certain the bedding wasn’t changed from the previous renters. The doors were nasty, the chair was stained and had what looked like crumbs on it, there were cockroaches and it’s a sketchy area.
