Ambassador Hotel Wichita, Autograph Collection

This hotel is hands down the BEST. Wedding day…they allowed me to come 3 hours before check in. They upgraded my King room to an entire deluxe Suite w/separate bedroom and put me in a corner room on high level for the amazing views of downtown. They gave us a free champagne toast pkg for free at Dockum’s. They extended our check out time the next morning, gave us 2 extra hours. This was all without asking! We simply called and asked to check in early because we were getting ready for our wedding. When we checked in, we were presented with all these extras at no additional charge. The extraordinary customer service, combined with luxury, and just the entire vibe….10/10!!! Room service breakfast was from marvelous! Thank you Ambassador Wichita for making my wedding day and night memorable! Outstanding!!!!!

We stay here on our way home every year. The rooms are roomy. The beds are so comfy. The restaurant is delicious with the nicest and best servers. The price is ok for the quality of the food and wine. They even served me warm gluten free bread. It was a treat. They have a lively speak easy downstairs that is always a good time. They are pet friendly. We look forward to our stays there.

I’ve travelled to Wichita several times this year. The Ambassador staff and accommodation are excellent and I always feel comfortable and even at home while staying there. Restaurant has very good food and speakeasy is a fun touch.

Best hotel in Wichita - hands down! The staff is incredible, from the front desk (Jessica, Maddy, Chad, Brenda, Trevon), to valet (Austin, Brayson, Tyler, and Michael) to Siena servers and bartenders (Victoria, Jona, Gabby, and Hadleigh) to the housekeeping staff (I’m sorry - I don’t know their names, but they did a fantastic job keeping my room clean). I stayed at the hotel for about a month, and they took excellent care of me throughout. Thank you to everyone for making this a home away from home. If I’m ever back in Wichita, no question where I’ll be staying.

The Ambassador Hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have been too, and I am from Houston Texas. As soon as you come in you're greeted to a friendly staff and exceptional decor. They made me feel as if I was home - but of course, the feeling of being somewhere way better than at home. The rooms were very clean, and loved the interior of the rooms. The bathrooms were huge but i love a room with plenty of space. After a while of relaxation, I went to the restaurant/bar downstairs - it was a Sunday afternoon so it was very quite with little to no customers, me and my friend had the room to ourselves, which was great! The food was incredible, as was the waitstaff! He was brilliant - I wish I caught his name, but he did tell us he had 12 years experience! I am a server and bartender myself, so I understand. *** The parking was one of the best things! It's literally right next to the hotel, so you don't need to walk far at all. Plus there are plenty of photo oppurtunities there in the front. 🙂

We had an excellent weekend stay at this hotel. Service was outstanding—people went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was spacious, quiet, modern, and clean w comfy beds and big windows. Parking was easy ($18 to self park in nearby deck). Walkable to several good restaurants and bars, but there’s also a nice restaurant on the first floor, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the live music and creative cocktails at the speakeasy, Dockum, on the basement level.

The rooms are nice. If you have a problem with your room they will move you but plan on a downgrade. This was our 2nd time staying here. The 1st time when we checked in we were offered a cocktail and drink coins. This time we were offered a cookie. Our 1st stay we had a perfect stay. This time it was just lacking. It wasn't the same feeling as the 1st time. Getting moved from a larger room into a much smaller room because we had no hot water was a let down. I might try one more time but the best part about this place is Siena.
