Bad Service Rooms Looks Like A Prison Cell, Windows Glued Shut, Bad Location, The Owners Has Very Bad Attitudes And You Have To Pay Extra If You Want Company Over $5-$10 Each Company You Have. And $5 For The Hotel Key Which We Didn't Get Back. When We Left And They Charged Us $5 Extra Every Payment We Made They Only Post To Charge Only One Time {Fail}

This motel is not a ideal vacation stop over or for a few days or week (give or take days). This place is saturated with crime in various ways and being single, married, and/or having children would be high risk in any scenario. Bell Boy morel's also have roaches and that alone would be a major deterrent. There is no phones in rooms, some rooms have no televisions. The availability of staff is scarce, and sketchy. My overall experience lets me know I will never dawn there doorway again. That place needs to be shut down or refurbished into an operable business that acts like they want the consumer to be safe, comfortable, and without complaint. Nothing worse than having a business believe that they can treat the consumer as they see fit without regard to the fact that spending hard earned money and being treated like some non paying, criminal is short-sighted, rude, unprofessional, and a business like that and damn right uncalled for....stop patronizing these types of businesses and hold the owner accountable.

This was a very bad experience for me. I'll start with my only 2 positives. The younger guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful, and it has back alley access in and out. Negatives. The room was hella rough. Dirty, graffiti covering the walls, bed linen and pillows look like they were from a trap house in the Magnolia Projects. The tv was busted up with 1 blown out speaker. The AC was a joke, felt like warm breath, and the knobs were gone so no real clue what setting you were on. IT WAS SO HOT! The roaches were active and the fridge smelled of mold. Lastly there wasn't even a key to my room so had to be let in by staff every time we left. The same price as the other nearby motels but not worth a third of the rate. This place needs to quit being so greedy and spend some money on repairs and remodeling. I will not return until its gotten an extreme makeover...

Location is sketch Rooms are sketch Service was as accommodating as it can be for the price and quality. They are trying their best to remodel although they should consider who they allow to stay... If you want trailerparkboys mixed with hillbilly hoodrich and damn good laugh or scare Bell Boi is where it's at.

O my talk about run down.! The lady was super nice and they tried to accomodate me. Gave me an xtra night to be cool. But it needs a overhaul.needs Remodeled in a major way!..i couldn't have the cable box and fridge on at the same time due to location and amount if Plug in space. Holes in the bedspread and stains n the sheets. Front of a.c. was of on the floor way tacky. Only 1 towel n bathroom no bar soap. No soap of any kind. No ashtray for smoking. No trashcans n my room even. All kinds of people knocking on my door. No deadbolt lock. To make me feel safe even though I was in the room next to the office. No telephones in the room. So if I didn't have a cell phone I wouldn't have had a pbone. I'm sure that thereisnt any internet either..but hey the room was hella cheap but coulda been a lol cheaper due to how habitibal it was ..

The new manager threw us out on a Sunday because my husband had to work late and our rent was late butt the manager was drunk and very rude the rooms are filthy there are roaches hours had a big hole in the ceiling so every time it rained there was water everywhere it wouldn't fix it the toilet clogged up everyday and when my motorized bicycle was stolen used to do anything about it you can look at the security cameras I would definitely avoid that place if you want to go to a decent place with a decent manager try the economy in down on 31st and Broadway
