Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

My husband and I stay here fairly often due to doctors appointments. Judy at the front desk is very nice and helpful with anything we need. She is great! We had a very bad experience with the breakfast attendant . Very, very rude and not willing to be the kind of employee Best Western requires. We were rudely kicked out of the breakfast area so she could mop. It wasn't that much past 9:00. Other things have happened with other guests. Very disappointed.

Positive: The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Negative: This hotel was not a 3 star. It was very rundown. Shredded curtains, the toilet seat, bathroom, plug-in, and dresser drawers were all broken. The Ottoman was stained& bench was torn. A fight at breakfast between homeless people & staff.

We were lucky and our room was away from the highway so was very quiet. Older hotel but had been updated and was very clean. The heater worked great. The king room was very spacious. Bathroom had lots of counter space. Always plenty of clean towels each day. The TV had a separate printed guide showing the available local and cable channels. We did not use the pool or workout room. Breakfast was heavy on the carbs for us. There is a posted sign just outside the breakfast room with all the food options listed, so no surprises. The coffee machine had all the bells and whistles and made a variety of coffee drinks. The staff were very kind, helpful and patient. Not bad for the price.

The hotel was surprisingly nice. Room was clean and comfortable. While the hotel breakfasr food selectionds was routine, the attendant was excellent keeping the food fresh and filled. My family liked the yougart machine. Good value for the convenient area it was in.

I stayed here for like two Tonight first night First night of when I came to check-in it was not easy. The person who is working on the day night, give me a hard time but the next day Judy help me feel better and And she also gave me 20 minutes late check out without any extra fee for the things that happened on the first day when I check in but overall, I can rate this 5 star because I had a pretty good time.

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. While using the complimentary breakfast, I was openly profiled and watched by the staff. I overheard the woman working the breakfast area telling her coworker she was 'watching me to see where I was going,' later implying that because I was in my pajamas, she assumed I was homeless and didn't belong there. ​When I confronted her about her rudeness and the inappropriateness of her assumptions, she was completely unapologetic. It is absurd to be treated like a trespasser in a hotel where I am a paying guest—especially for wearing pajamas in a place where people sleep. Truly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. I will not be returning

The hotel was very clean and seemed new. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff. They were outgoing and personable, providing excellent customer service from the late-night check-in to the morning breakfast and check-out. We'll plan to stay here again next time we're in the area!
