Budget Motel

The lady at the office is very sweet she helped my family get a room I had forgotten my wallet clear in Independence, ks we come up to visit my family here for memorial day this is where our mom had passed and she helped us and as for the room it's very clean the room setup with the double bed was awesome and the price was well worth the room we had I highly recommend this place it's a small motel but worth it we will be staying here again

Best broadway motel, I was there 3 weeks and saw no roaches! Staff was great so was the owner. I will go back

Great place the manager Kathy is amazing in the maintenance lady Susan she's also amazing beyond their good side and they'll treat you like family right across street from a park and a church wonderful place just make sure you're clean and you have no worries

I have decided to start throwing weekly parties here. I will announce what room the party is in on craigslist. I've been practicing my vocals for each show. Please don't sing along to my music if you attend. I have the internet and entertainment under control. It's free to get in but $3 to leave. 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. every Thursday. You can search for "Broadway musical" on craigslist if you would like to RSVP. There is also one table in the room that you can reserve for $8. Thanks, I look forward to seeing your beautiful faces.

Way better than most Broadway motels.... Cleaner, ran more efficiently and cable tv, operating facilities, recommend for anyone for a time out! 😁 Satisfied!

Before staying here, I have never asked for a refund in my life (which they don't offer). But it was worth losing my $45 to be able to leave. My main issue was that I got a "non-smoking" room and it smelled like someone had been chain-smoking in there non-stop for years. Additionally, the wifi did not work at all, and there was only one open outlet right by the door- that was 4 feet off the ground with nothing beneath it. Also, it just had an all around creepy vibe. You have been warned.

This motel with an m it's located on Broadway. So that sums up quite a bit about it however while I was here it was quiet. And my room looks freshly remodeled. I did not search closely though for anyting I was a little scared to. The room was $40 a night and I find that little bit pricey for Broadway but like I said the paint was new
