Chisholm Lake Apartments

Lived here over a year and overall Had a great experience. We will be moving due to buying a house but this was a great place to call Home between buying and selling houses. Maintenance is amazing, always shows up with treats for the fur babies. 💛 Leslie and Kylee are fantastic in the office as well! You cannot go wrong!

Very unfriendly staff! From my experience, roommate’s, and friend’s who have lived here, staff are always unfriendly. It seems like any time we have a question or need help they make it seem like we are a bother. Overall I find it very unprofessional of staff to treat their residents with such bad attitudes and disrespect. I am at the point that I just want to avoid them at all costs until my lease is up. I truly do not want to deal with such bad attitudes especially since my family and I have done or say nothing wrong to be treated like this. Staff please do better! We are all going through personal life struggles and stresses as it is, it is not that hard to show and speak to people with common courtesy.

*edit* updating this review after living here for a year and a half. I still love living at Chisholm lake. The management has recently changed and I’ve had no issues so far. Maintenance is great and they are always willing to help out with any issues I have. The location is perfect especially if you have a dog or like to walk, as Chisholm lake is literally your back yard. The apartments are really nice and well kept up. Additionally, the community is great with friendly neighbors. We’ve never had an issue with noise. I would highly recommend living here!

Chisholm Lake has an amazing community and beautiful and spacious apartments! Friendly neighbors, great maintenance and office staff! Maintenance was super quick to resolve any requests, and were always super friendly. Office staff was very personable, helpful and quick to answer any questions. We truly felt at home here! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and community-oriented place to live!

I only lived here from February to July and had a great experience. Property management and maintenance are on top of making sure you're taken care of. The walking paths are great and neighbor noise isn't too bad. The only con is if you are in a building along the south side of the complex, you're next to k96 and will hear cars zooming. They're transparent about crime and keep everybody aware. I also got all my deposit back so they're not trying to trying to nickel and dime you either. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place to live, inside and out! I loved how spacious the balconies are. It's hard to find an apartment with good outdoor space, but I had room for both a hammock and a hanging chair. Plenty of storage/closet space as well, and the gated access was really nice too.
