Price was ok buuttt that’s about where it ended. Room smelled a little like unidentified substance and the bathroom didn’t look like it had really been cleaned. sink drain was plugged with tiny sea shells it looked like for some odd reason. Bed was clean tho i think. Pry wouldn’t go back

This hotel is not a good place to stay. The service is rude and they will steal money from your account. They overcharge and do bad things in front of families and children.

Price was right but the smell in the building wasn’t so right. Bathroom definitely wasn’t clean either. And the main sink drain was plugged up so that was that to overall if u got a few more Pennie’s go somewhere else

My crew and I stayed here for over a week for work. Check in went great, the gentlemen checking me in was so nice, rooms were decent , but the man working over nights is ridiculously rude. One night he was even swearing at one of my guys for his bracelet breaking when he came out of the elevator. The next night he stopped him and asked him what the heck he was doing at the hotel. He explained he’s staying at the hotel and this conversation kept going and the guy just got more rude. We asked him to change the juice that was there for breakfast when there were flies in it and we were told to "deal with it" Management really needs to get that guy under control.

Positive: Not much!!! Lobby and courtyard were pleasant... room was large... all interior entrance... Negative: Its overall performance... many items did not work... TV remote did not work, no instructions for TV use... You call that breakfast???!!!. and they charged a $50.00 deposit for damage???!!!

After calling to confirm I could get a room with my temporary ID and the guy says yes I get there (with everything I own) and get told no. Then I wait outside for a lyft with all my belongings which is no small amount of stuff when the owner comes out to say I have a few minutes to leave before they call the cops like I was some bum deciding to move in and live by their front doors or something. Telling me it's a trashy look for them having me out there with my belongings as if that's what I'd rather be doing that day. Could have been avoided if i wasn't told they would take my paper ID I got from the DMV. Wasted so much time and money that day which could have been avoided!

Kind of hidden, not a bunch of parking, the interior is beautiful though! There is a washer and dryer but you have to pay for it..Rooms are pretty big, plenty of space. Tv wasn't working. No landline phone in the room either. Not currently serving any breakfast so that sucks. They are sticklers about checking in and out on time but the staff is friendly enough.
