This place is ran down no hot water for the price that was paid it absolutely is a trap house kind of place. Mark 8 motel on Broadway is absolutely gross.. rude people at front desk. I would not ever stay here again in my whole life just flat out discussing

The place is starting to get very worn out and run down especially on the non office side, occasionally bed bugs and roaches

Steve is a Awesome man other staff members are very sweet and helpful. My huge complaint was the horribly stained mattress. Nothing that a gallon of bleach couldn't cure. 😂. My unexpected stay was quite & safe. I Thank them for helping me in my time of need.

This motel is awful, I couldn't sit outside without someone asking or demanding money from me. The manager and his wife are wolves in sheeps clothing. They are nice to you until you disagree with them on something then they turn on you. I was next to room 275 and the neighbor constantly turned his 500 dollar stereo up, shaking our walls, would go on for 4 days straight all night and all day. I was constantly complaining of the noise but the neighbor in 275 is best friends with the manager. So they would get rude and do nothing. Another example, the people across from our room were in the hallway talking and 275 started slamming open and closing the door. The manager came out and the people staying across from us told him what happened and instead he yelled at them instead of his buddy in 275. The bed bugs are horrible and nothing is ever done about it. I used to be employed there and all I'm allowed to say is nothing is as it ever seems. Good Luck.

Absolutely disgusting. Even the air has a dingy haze to it. I pulled back the stained, cigarette burned, comforter to find the heavily stained "white" sheets that may or may not have been washed since the last lodger. There was a blanket hung as a curtain. Writing on the mirror in the bathroom, which might I add, I wouldn't have used if my life depended on it. The toilet wasn't even whipped down. It was literally worse than a public unisex restroom. The desk was held up by 2x4's, and some poor souls' lost hopes and dreams. I wouldn't even put my belongings down, anywhere. After speaking to the "management" and seeing three different rooms, in each of the two buildings, I refused to stay there at all. Apon which the "management" only returned me half of my money. I very literally didn't even sit down in the room for which i was charged! Yet, blatantly, was refused my full refund. This is a poor excuse for a motel. I have never been so disgusted with an public facility/establishment. Simplest terms: Revolting.

They have bed bugs and refuse to clean beds. I asked for my bedsheets to be changed because the bed bugs and I was rudely thrown out. the owners smoke meth in the back. They are rude and unprofessional this place needs to be shut down. It's a health hazard. It needs to be clean and livable and it is not
