Relax Motel

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Relax Inn and I must say, it was one of the worst motel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by roaches scurrying across the floor. The staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I even felt unsafe staying there, as the security seemed lacking and the overall atmosphere was unsettling. To top it off, the prices were ridiculously expensive for the poor quality of the motel. I would not recommend the Relax Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In fact, I would advise avoiding it altogether. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to stay.

The rooms here are not very clean they do not vacuum wash the walls or use any chemicals to clean the rooms there are weekly rooms available however he decides how much depending on the person as well as the daily rates he does not swipe plastic of any kind he will only give you a roll of toilet paper once every 3 days there are no blankets sheets and bedspread only towels not very clean used and need to be updated plug-in sockets fire alarms batteries in remote control need to be upgraded as well the water temperature in a few of the rooms is nothing but hot water there's vulgar language on the doors in the bathroom as well as the mirrors table has art work that is really not necessary. not a place to bring children you cannot have any pets no visitors whatsoever you can't even talk to the neighbor without manager complaining he gives no refunds.

Broken toilets, no blankets, heat didn't work well. Still charges price for a week as if it is a nice room when they aren't. Left 2 days early screw getting refund. They don't give any reimbursement. Some good folks there but mostly troubled people there.

One of the better choices if you must stay in the area. The owner is generally fine to deal with and the rooms I've seen are clean. The area isn't great and I definitely wouldn't bring children, but if you choose to stay on Broadway, this is one of the best bets.

Literally two used syringes were precariously place just so upon the top of the light fixture in the filthy room above the sink which was next the door to enter the restroom. The TV worked the sheets were filthy and the door hardly even locked. I've aggressive shoulder to the door would've gotten is in our room were we to have forgotten our keys. The headboard fell onto our heads. Management is a joke and the price is extremely high at 65 dollars per night for a single occupancy room.;

Friendly clerk maybe the daughter of the owners and polite. I am a regular visitor a few nights each month and have noticed things don't be cleaned too much. I took a wash cloth and soap and wiped all the surfaces from the kitchen to the door. I was not surprised.

Owners are very accomidating and courteous. Rooms are spacious. Device charging bedside lamps and free wi-fi. Plenty of parking space . Good water pressure in showers. Daily and weekly rates in accordance with other motels on Broadway Street but wish they had a monthly rate. Some cleaning is guests responsibility. But housekeeping help is very nice and responsible. No horrible insect problems! Great location for the southeast part of town. Enjoyed my stay very much and will come back again! Thank you Relax Inn!
