As a travel nurse, I often stay in long term, pet friendly hotels. This one is no exception! Big T is a great manager and has been so kind to us and is always willing to help out when you need something, no matter what it is! Brandon and Casey work hard to make sure everyone’s stay is comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Positive: "" Negative: Had a bad smell, washing was $5 to wash and $4 to dry. We were given 1 face towel and 1 large towel per person and had to lay $1.99 for new towels

This is not a hotel. It is a roach infested apartment complex that charges by the night. They offer absolutely 0 amenities that they advertise. The vagabond community loves it here. I reported a cockroach to the night auditor and he rolled his eyes, looked me up and down and said "it must've come from SOMEONE'S bag". As if to blame me. The morning guy sprayed and dead roaches are still laying in the hallway today!! They charge a dollar every time you dial the front desk, they provide 2 towels and 2 washcloths but you must pay if you need a new one. You're required to wash your own bedding and towels, that costs 6.50. I'll be contacting the KDA making a huge report. I have pics and videos and complaints on video from others staying here. If you don't mind the smell of human and animal urine, fleas, and bugs, and need a cheap apartment to rent, this is for you. Otherwise, beware.

The manager of the hotel - Michelle Brown - demanded that the TV in the room stayed screwed on top of the dresser in the room. I asked if I could please have the TV removed from the dresser because I needed to use the dresser as a stand for the TV that I purchased. I explained that their TV could stay in the room, but I needed it unscrewed from the dresser. She refused to have it taken off and refused to give any explanation as to why it had to stay attached. The reason she wouldn't give an explanation is because there is no reasonable explanation for why it would need to stay attached. There would have been absolutely zero harm in having it taken off temporarily. She has absolutely zero customer service skills and I am shocked that she is the General Manager for this location. Stay away from this hotel!!!

Convenient location, friendly staff, very clean and well managed, but so overwhelmingly cheap on amenities its almost not worth it. They have a room occupancy monitor that ensures you come back to a sweltering room every evening and have to sweat it out while the ancient ac struggles to catch back up. As for provided toiletries, they give you two plastic cups and a tiny bar of soap. Phone calls from the room phone are $1 per call no matter if you complete the call or not. Room chairs are hard plastic, and the mattress is so cheap i managed to leave a dent in it in less than a week. The bathtub is huge though, with very hot water from the tap and enough water pressure to fill quickly. No hose on the shower though, just the overhead faucet.

Everyone is super kind here. The employees are amazing. Great place to getting on your feet, warm and welcoming bug free, good location area.Washer and dryer facility

I was in need of a room for 2 weeks, paid for in advance. Upon arrival. I was turned away because my 2nd person did not have an ID. Although the room was prepaid, I didn't receive an immediate refund which I needed. Extremely unaccomadating and thought they were cute doing so. Just had moved my house all morning and wanted to go to sleep. Although they expected payment from me before performing their service, I was told I wouldn't get my refund for 7-12 buisness days. These businesses are quick to take your money before a service is performed but slow to refund you, when they choose not to take you. The woman not only had no issue not helping but seemed happy to be difficult. Complete waste of time and money and these businesses should not be allowed to take our money prior to the service performed. If I didn't have to pay before getting to the hotel, id feel completely different. But i do believe if I paid ahead of time. You should perform the service I paid for without any ifs ands or buts
