Hotel Indigo Winston-Salem Downtown by IHG

Victoria and Manny were absolutely incredible bartenders during our stay at Hotel Indigo. They were so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience so much fun. The Yabba Dabba Doo was hands down the best drink — seriously amazing! Both of them went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and their energy and hospitality truly made our stay even better. You can tell they really care about what they do. Thank you, Victoria and Manny, for making our time at Hotel Indigo so memorable! 🍹✨

Valet and rest of service was amazing. Ken was quick and had great follow-through when I called needing a receipt for work reimbursement. Rooms are good but could use new TVs. Great showers though. Super clean throughout! Gym had stuff in it but totally in basement and pretty small. Bar and restaurant looked great but didn't eat there.

The Valet staff were exceptional. I can’t remember all of their names but Louie is one of the best. Also the guy from Georgia went out of his way to help us last night. It was very comforting to have them and we felt safe and secure. They felt like good friends and helped with everything. The front desk girl I can’t remember her name was so accommodating to us as well. She was very nice to our dog Henry. There is also a very nice park next door where we walked Henry.

The hotel is not bad and very chic. However, the parking lot for the hotel is two blocks away. If you arrive at any time following sunset, you will have to lug your things two blocks, in the dark, to the hotel. If arriving at night, you are almost forced to do valet parking at $30 a day. Lastly, please keep in mind that the valet, forgot about me once I requested my car, not only through the app, but also speaking with him to get added to the car return list. When confronted, he seemed as though he had forgotten that I was waiting, could not find my keys and stated that someone else had went to grab my keys. About 10 minutes later, while I'm watching, he finds my keys and then frantically goes to get my car. I waited for my car for over an hour just because he forgot. The hotel is nice, but parking was not considered, and valet does not seem to know what they are doing. Beware!!!

The entire staff was EXCEPTIONALLY kind and accommodating. The renovations to this great piece of architectural history are tasteful, and the rooms are fantastic. Hotel Indigo is the only place I stay while visiting Winston Salem. I'm looking forward to seeing y'all next time.

Hotel Indigo is one of our favorite go to stays in Winston Salem. Visits start with a friendly, helpful greeting from the Valet guys, Ken & Louie. They take care of your car throughout your stay - no need to waste time looking for parking! The check in is easy, the lobby smells amazing - rooms are large and clean. Great bar and friendly service.

Enjoyed our stay here while coming through the area. Great staff and housekeeping on site bar and restaurant makes it easy when you wanna stay in versus have to go out. Parking is valet, but does have a charge. Overall a fun, eclectic, well decorated room/hotel and close to everything. We would patron again. Cheers!
