Quality Inn & Suites Hanes Mall

The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean, but the toilet rocked on its base. Housekeeping services every 4 days supposedly, but we had to remind the front office when they had not cleaned our room in the afternoon. For some reason the public women's restroom never had any toilet paper. I do not know how long the fitness center has been out. We had requested fresh towels and the lady at the front desk told us just to hunt down the cleaning staff.

There were no suites on the first floor, nor elevators for those who need it. The TVs didn't work, and the sheer curtains were stained with cany and gum. It wasn't until I left that I could have a conversation with a manager that made sense. I requested to downgrade my room. The young lady could not explain to me why I couldn't downgrade my room and get a price adjustment. Though she offered an upgrade, she couldn't explain what i was being upgraded to. The weekend manager was polite. But Thomas whom I met upon checking out, was informative, personable, and professional. You could tell that hel liked his job and appreciated people.

I stayed here for a long period during the summer of 2025, and everything was great. Especially Tom — he is an amazing person. He was incredibly helpful, and the whole staff was very kind and supportive. I want to thank everyone so much for their hospitality. When I come back to the United States again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Greetings from Turkey 🇹🇷

I was charged for a deluxe room, The room looked like a room from the 90s; dirty furniture, foul odor, and the bed linen felt damp. I had to leave because the room was not up to my standards. Hotel refused to refund me even though it was their fault I did not stay. I booked this reservation through booking.com. Booking.com refused to refund me as well. I would not reccomend this hotel to a dog.

Bruce you my friend are an awesome person. Thank you for your time,help, and support when we needed it. We love your hotel, it is clean,amazing court yard ,love the 2 kitties in court yard, you doing an amazing job here. This hotel is my go to hotel now, I dont know where yall are getting bad service from me and my boyfriend stayed here recently and are planning to come back this weekend, we booked with Tom, a gentleman that just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay and we did, the breakfast is good (theres waffles, oatmeal, bread, bagels, juices, and best of all coffee), the room was pleasant bed was comfy, bathroom was clean shampoo and conditioner in shower, and a bar of soap, the shower temperature was perfect. The mini fridge was clean and had enough room for drinks. The AC/Heater works well. The wifi is a little hard to connect to but that is the only problem we had. We will be returning this weekend, I cant wait to stay here again. Thank you Tom for the lovely stay.

Based on reviews, y’all need to do some quality control and stop apologizing with candid answers. Price point works for budget traveler, yet not have to be surprised and stay in a dive. Do better for goodness. 1 star for at least responding to customers concern. No guest(s) should have to bounce through rooms to find a good one. Unacceptable as this is squarely on the manager. Cannot book with low ratings as such.
