Hilltop Inn & Suites Yonkers

Furnitures was discussing, you can see the built-up of dirt on it. Wish I could post the pictures, buy some fantastic and clean then off. The way the heat is set-up it was always cold in the room. How can you put the thermostat right in front of the heater 🤔 because of that, the heat comes on for 2 to 4min at a time. The room never got warm. The hallway was stinking of cigarettes smoke. Yet it says NO SMOKING 🤔👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The Hilltop is adequate. JUST adequate. It was a bed and a parking lot, which I might add is unprotected...as I came to find out as I left on SUNDAY morning and was accosted by a local ***********. We didn't fight but I was close to having to defend myself. The location is hopelessly outdated and is reminiscent of a hotel from the 70s...decor...and layout were all very 70s. The room is surprisingly quiet, which was upsetting, considering that I was woken up on Sunday morning by the amorous couple in the next room having VIGOROUS "relations". Overall...it was cheap, but I will never set foot in it again.

Cons :Poor breakfast . Uncomfortable beds. Rooms not clean. Lousy pillows. |Pros: Large tv. Convient location. Plenty parking. Friendly staff.

I have traveled extensively for many years and have stayed in hotels across the country. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. I chose this hotel out of desperation as there were no other rooms available in the area. The rooms were filthy and no maintenance had been completed in years. Lamps and lighting were inoperable, the air conditioner was also broken and the bathroom was atrocious. The hallways of the hotel had not been vacuumed in weeks and there was graffiti on some walls in the room. I’m not sure how this hotel even exists. I guess I should pay better attention to reviews before I reserve a room in the future.

Numerous sleepless nights due to banging on walls and from room above. The worst breakfast I've ever seen. Lumpy pillows is an understatement. Hard to enter/exit building due to it being actively under reconstruction. I'll be staying at the Royal Regency Hotel across the street in the future. Very close to receiving a 1 star review. The only saving grace is the one morning employee friendliness.

This is an old Ramada in a great location, need of a LOT of TLC...plastic covers on the mattresses leaves you sweaty at night... Closet had no rod or hangers for clothes, furniture is mismatched and old, no plug in bathroom for hairdryer, shower head is cheap and only one flow position.. A/C unit needs a good cleaning... Staff was very nice.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IT’S VERY DIRTY!!!!! And the staff didn’t want to do there job they didn’t clean our room for 3 days when we told them too and then when we called for room service they answered with an attitude and they didn’t want to attend us with extra blankets because the blankets that were already on the bed was DIRTY!!! the room smells like cigarettes and the beds were very dirty AND THEY DO NOT WANY TO GIVE ME A REFUND
