The room was very nice and comfortable! The staff at the front desk and restaurant bar were very friendly and helpful. I stayed only one night and had no issues. I needed a night away from the hubby and kids so I would definitely stay again in the future. The breakfast was good and actually better than many hotels I have stayed in out of the state. Definitely would recommend to anyone in state or or out

The best place to have my sweet sixteen. All the staff were so helpful and made the night perfect! it was truly an unforgettable night. They helped us with the decorating all the way through the whole night and the day before! I never had any worries with them. Ray and Kayla are amazing, thank you for making my night so special!! I will 100% recommend Royal Regency to everyone!

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, opened the blinds to see the windows covered in dirt and had to keep them shut. The mattress is more of a cot than a bed, and was insanely uncomfortable, we couldn't even sleep and left as soon as it was morning out. The staff was nice but, for the price, you would expect at least a decent mattress and some cleanliness. This was a motel with a hotel price. The best part was the restaurant and you do not need to be a guest for that!

I checked in late and was greeted by a young lady who was doing a 14 hours shift, despite being tired, she was still very professional. I really wish I got her name. Managers, you should promote her soon. She was working late on Dec 10th, 2025 at the front desk. For the price we paid and being out of the city, it was great. Room was clean and breakfast great. Safe parking lot and gas station right across the street to fill up before you go forward on your trip.

We recently celebrated our 20th Wedding Vow Renewal at the Royal Regency in Yonkers, N.Y., and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, Kayla and Armando went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our celebration was flawless. Their professionalism, warmth, and creativity made the planning process effortless and enjoyable. The day itself exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, the music kept everyone on their feet, and the decorations created an elegant and joyful atmosphere. The drinks flowed perfectly, and every guest commented on how seamless and memorable the evening felt. We also stayed overnight at the hotel, and the experience was just as impressive. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, making sure we and our guests felt welcome and cared for at every turn. If you’re planning a wedding, vow renewal, or any special event, I cannot recommend Kayla and Armando highly enough. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence turned our milestone celebration into an unforgettable experience. The Royal Regency itself is also a gem, a beautiful venue with outstanding service. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and we’re so grateful to Kayla, Armando, and the entire team for making it possible.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had (3 week stay mind you). From hearing every dawning thing in the next room, to the random test alarms at 3am, to the delivery guy asking for a tip for walking 30 feet, somehow received undercooked chicken and over cooked chicken in the same order, to never being able to get into the parking lot without my keycard and all the traffic is simply just not worth it. On top of that the elevator light fixture fell on me in the elevator. My stay was a prepaid work trip and somehow each week they still required a new security deposit of almost $300. Last but not least when I turned my heat on it literally smelled like someone pissed in the unit. Very happy this was covered by my job and that I didn’t have to pay out of my own pocket. This hotel may be good for hosting parties or events but don’t waste your money on the rooms if you’re planning on being able to stay somewhere to relax. Also, why are there condoms in the vending machine containing food???? For being called the "royal regency" this place is far from it. Cops were there every two nights or so, and don’t get me started on the unprofessionalism from most of the staff I came into interaction with. At least the breakfast is good tho and breakfast staff are nice.
