Grandview Nature Preserve Trail Access

Our first time here was yesterday and it was wonderful. You park on the side of the road before the gate / pathway. Not a lot of parking if it’s busy. About 0.3 mile walk to the beach, took 10 min with a toddler, faster if we didn’t have so many stops it was a pretty walk though. Very level and there are trash cans and benches along the path too. Stroller / wagon friendly I’d say until you but the beach sand too. Lots of shells and crabs on the beach. ️

Not bad. No parking lot. If you're swimming be extremely careful at high tide. There are wooden posts hidden during high tide.

Absolutely loved the area there. Great spot for having a nice and quiet walk on the beach! Everything is pretty clean and the nature is beautiful!

Big surprise at the end of a 15 minute walk. Found treasure hunters scowering the beach. Found a full size horseshoe crab. And thousands of oysters shells Wish it was a little warmer and we had more time Go and enjoy yourself

Tucked away from the bustle, Grandview Nature Preserve offers a quiet coastal escape that feels surprisingly untouched. The beach itself is long, clean, and open-perfect for walk, shell collecting, or simply soaking in the Atlantic. While there's a natural spread of seaweed in some area's its minimal and expected for such an undeveloped shoreline. What stood out most was the lack of trash; the preserve is clearly respected by its visitors and is well maintained. Parking is limited, and there are no facilities, so plan ahead. But if you're looking for a spot to recharge, let your kids roam freely, or just hear the waves uninterrupted by crowds, Grandview is a hidden gem worth revisiting.

Great beach. No lifeguards, long walk on the path to access the beach. On street parking only. Lots of shells to look through. Ghost cans especially at dusk.

Nice nature preserve for walking & shell collecting.
