My boyfriend got a couples massage for my birthday and I believed it was going to be relaxing, absolutely not. I was met with unprofessionalism by an older lady who works there as a masseuse. She asked if I’ve ever gotten a massage before I said yes and I was not aware of the new ordinance where you get under the covers as the last massage I received was in California. She then proceeded to say passive aggressively well I asked you if you had questions multiple times. I apologized yet she kept repeating it. I lift heavy and also work a corporate job, and she kept on judging my choices it felt. It felt as if my mom was micromanaging me. That women don’t need to lift heavy and should do yoga, respectfully I didn’t ask and my goal is to do this competitively. To tell what women should or should not do is weird, doesn’t matter if you have experience in your life. Apart from that she was very close to touching my lace front when I told her I was wearing a wig. I did not have a good experience at all.

My wife and I just got married this past weekend. We needed some relief from soreness that only comes from hours on the dance floor. We both got 90min massages with CBD and added a 15min. foot reflexology. They were very accommodating and let us get massages in the same room even though it was not a couples massage. The massage room and ambiance was great. Really set the vibe. Our massage therapists Brittney and Cassandra were fantastic. One of the best massages we've ever had!

I would like to share my experience from my recent visit, as it was very disappointing, especially because it was meant to be a special mother-and-sons date. I had booked a couples room for myself and my 10-year-old, and a separate room for my 16-year-old. I called and paid for everything in advance, and I specifically mentioned that this was a mother-and-sons experience. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. I take full accountability for being late, as I was driving from far away and arrived at 12:17 PM. However, I did call ahead to let them know, and I was told to come in and that they would take care of us. When we arrived, they immediately took my older son to his room, and I was asked to wait five minutes. Shortly after, they informed me that the couples room I had requested was no longer available and that they only had separate rooms. This was upsetting because the whole purpose of booking the couples room was so my 10-year-old would feel comfortable being with me, especially since this was his first time. A few minutes later, they came back and told me that nothing was available at all and that they could not take us anymore. At that point, my 10-year-old was in tears because he realized we were no longer going to have our special day together. As a mom, it was heartbreaking to see how disappointed he was after I had told him we were coming here for a fun experience. Not only did this completely ruin the special experience I had planned for my boys, but I was also told that I "never requested" the couples room, implying that I was not being honest, even though I had clearly requested it when booking. I requested a refund, but overall, I left feeling extremely disappointed. This was our first time visiting, and I had planned something meaningful for my sons. Instead, we were turned away with no effort to truly accommodate us, even though I had called, confirmed, and paid in advance. It took away from a day that was supposed to be special for my boys and me.

My partner and I were met with such professionalism and care with Lynn and Kate. They took their time working our areas out and providing an extremely relaxing experience for us. My partner absolutely recommends Kate for first-time massages & I recommend Lynn for anybody who has injuries and needs more attention to detail around those areas. The steam shower was clean and a great new experience for us. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful spa experience here!! I had a massage with Will and a facial with Anna, as well as a steam shower. Will had wonderful techniques and perfect pressure, very professional and a great massage. Anna made my skin so healthy! I will absolutely be back when I'm in Chicago! Pro tip, parking is expensive, take the subway to the stop right nearby

I received a massage here few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until I paid. It was lovely. Massage therapist was very skilled and listened to my request to focus on my bad and neck. I definitely plan to come back for more services.

Have been here a few times and have enjoyed a consistent and excellent service. Have had 3 different masseuses and all have been great. Felt like a review was in order. Would highly recommend. I've had the 90 minute aromatherapy massage each time.
