amber is truly amazing and hi goose is by far my favorite small business in bayonne! she really has something for everyone and i almost always manage to find a piece that i love.

Hi Goose is absolutely adorable! It was a lovely experience with coffee/tea, treats, and listening to vinyle records. Amber is terrific! I came to her to alter a botched hem job on a jumper pantsuit that she beautifully turned into a pencil skirt piece. She also had a personally-curated rack for me to shop and try on. I left Hi Goose with my new altered piece and several adorable other things Amber also altered as needed for the perfect fit. Loved every minute!

I love visiting hi goose studio! I have bought several vintage pieces from Amber and the experience has always been curated, comfortable, and low pressure. Because it is by appointment only, the space is totally intimate and individualized for me when I shop there. I’ve never had such a luxury experience with secondhand prices IN MY LIFE. Amber is wildly knowledgeable about fabrics and their care, and also does alterations right there. Do not miss this sweet gem of a shop in Bayonne!

I was there with my grandma a few weeks ago to find her a dress for my wedding coming up in November. I emailed Amber to make an appointment for a VIP shopping appointment and it was such a great experience. She had a whole rack of stuff for her to try and even when my grandma didn't like something Amber was super helpful and kept pulling more pieces for her to try. She even asked in advance about dietary restrictions (I have Celiac disease) and she had local gluten free cookies and chocolates for us. My grandma was so happy and we did find something that she loved to wear for my wedding. It couldn't have been a better experience 🙂

Amber made a daunting shopping task into a very pleasant experience. Amber asked me about my style preferences and then curated a collection of gowns to try. As I tried on the various gowns/dresses Amber was honest with feedback as a true friend would be. The perfect one was there. The second I slipped it on, I knew it was the one but a bit of tailoring was needed. Amber was able to make sure everything fit perfectly. Amber's eye and style sense was so helpful. She made something that would have taken me many hours a very streamlined process. I was very pleased with all aspects of Amber's professionalism and care for the details.

Amber created a one of a kind experience at her beautiful studio! She not only curated fabulous and unique pieces for me to try, but pulled out all the stops, with delicious cocktails and gluten free treats for my dietary needs! I had a blast trying new pieces that I wouldn’t have thought to pick out for myself and walked away with killer items to expand my style while staying sustainable. Love love love! Couldn’t recommend enough and I will definitely be back for more very soon! ❤️

Hi Goose Vintage is SUCH A RARE Gem! I have found SO many unique pieces. Amber, the founder, has a very keen eye for finding the best vintage pieces. She also makes it so much fun to shop because she has a very strong passion for what she does. I am so delighted with all the pieces I have found, including a swimsuit, floral jacket, floral pants, and a beautiful red dress. The quality has been superb! I highly recommend everyone to visit her store and to shop these amazing pieces.
