Home2 Suites by Hilton Hoover Birmingham

I had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Hoover, Alabama. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully designed, making them very comfortable for both short and extended stays. The in-room kitchenette is a fantastic feature and extremely convenient. Everything throughout the hotel was spotless, which really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. The service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight, offering a nice selection to start the day. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel, and I would absolutely recommend Home2 Suites in Hoover to anyone visiting the area.

I booked my stay here after checking out from another property, and I’m so glad I did! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Home2 Suites. The hotel is newer property, everything is clean and fresh, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. Great experience at this hotel. We were staying there for a soccer tournament. The lady at check in Friday night was wonderful and so were the lady and gentleman at checkout today. The breakfast staff were great as well. Everyone was so friendly! Rooms were clean, and huge. Location was great for all the fields, food, and shopping. Will definitely stay here again next tournament!

This hotel is brand new. The rooms are very spacious and spotless. Unlike many newer hotels with thin walls, I never heard anyone in adjacent rooms or in the hallway. The kitchenette had everything you would need for an extended stay. Lightning was good in the bathroom for makeup. Parking lot was well lit, and there was a nice outdoor seating area with a grill. The gym had enough equipment for a varied workout. Staff were welcoming. All around and excellent stay.

The early reviews of this place do not do it justice. The experience I had here is not reflective of the earlier reviews. They have made changes. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and can speak to the quality customer service I experienced here. Barbara complimented my nail color and gave simple yet concise instructions for the hotel. She was hospitable and polite. The rooms were clean and new. The walls were thinner but all Homes2 Suites are this way. I enjoyed this hotel. Thanks!

Nice hotel to look at. Reasonably new. Very soft sheet. Pillows were in an almost airtight bag which made it hard to get comfortable. Something weird with the electric. After so long, whatever was plugged in would stop charging. Oh and I HATE the motion activated thermostat.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament this past weekend. This is a newer hotel, so the rooms are nice and clean. Wish I would have requested a room on the top floor so that we didn't have to hear people running/walking above us. Also, it seemed like the A/C thermostat was motion censored, so if you're not up moving around the air cuts off. The breakfast was very disappointing as they didn't have a very good selection. Almost like a healthy/vegan breakfast. Nothing wrong with that of course, just wasn't for us. We needed something more filling with having a long day of baseball ahead of us.
