Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels

Everything about my stay was wonderful! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My room was well designed and had all the amenities I needed. Most importantly, it was clean! The location is great! There are restaurants, coffee, shopping, etc. either in walking distance or a quick drive away. The breakfast is about what you would expect for a free breakfast. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and will choose this hotel on my next visit!

Mostly Good. They were going to put us next to the pool & basketball court on ground floor, had them move us to 4th floor. Bar next bldg with rooftop bar area a little noisy late. They have a laundry area for guests but no soap to buy Breakfast was okay but we bought our own French Vanilla since they only had reg creamers. Room was spacious and had a ceiling fan which we liked. Unfortunately No Safe in room.

The staff was incredible and friendly and inviting. The room had a strange smell. Our room was not ready and they gave us a different room last minute and I guess it was pet friendly but I could definitely tell. Family felt itchy the next day so idk what that was about and the beds were not that great. Breakfast had cream cheese but no bagels and the eggs were bland but they did have lots of bacon which was great! Juice took forever to fill a cup but overall the ac was cold and it was fine for 2 days.

Nice and clean accommodations. The hotel is large, clean and in a good location, walking distance to stores and places to eat, drink, and listen to music. The room had a comfortable bed, sitting area, and full small kitchen. Full self serve breakfast in morning. Area seemed safe, had a nice stay and view with no issues.

We were in town for a reunion. The location of Homewood suites worked for us. Traffic is heavy in the area-but it is heavy all over New Braunfels. The hotel was clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator and extra space. The elevators worked well. Parking was not an issue. There are restaurants within walking distance. |The food at breakfast was good but the plates were styrofoam. Even the utensils were plastic and came wrapped in plastic. The coffee cups were paper. I hate to see hotels contribute to the landfill in this way.

We had a pleasant stay from checking in with a friendly welcoming smile, attentive front desk service to comfortable spacious clean room. Everything about our stay was amazing. The breakfast was so good too with a variety of choices. The hotel was so clean all over. I would highly recommend this hotel if your wanting a nice hotel for your family. My son loved that it had a basketball goal, that was a plus.

Jayden was an incredible host and made sure our check in went smoothly! She gave us a clear breakdown of the hotel and all its amenities. I’m very satisfied with the high quality of the room and the vibe of this hotel. I highly recommend you stay here!
