Hotel Current Long Beach

Room did not feel clean at all. Very outdated. There was only one towel that was old and barely white. They charge for parking at a place that is essentially a motel where you drive up to your room. Ther bed spread that feels pretty synthetic but you can remove it as it’s all connected so you’d be freezing. if you took it off the bed. It was not expensive but i left feeling like i needed a shower. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT’S A MOTEL.

Saw reviews that this was a great hotel. Wanted to be close to move out daughters into a nearby apartment. The first room had cockroaches. Our second infested with fruit flies. They didn’t give us any money off and we were too tired to leave and go elsewhere. Do not stay here. It’s awful. Plus 15 bucks to park which was obvious when we booked. Water-$5 a box. Give me Best Western every time. At least those hotels are usually clean and the staff generous. Never again hotel current.

We've stayed here twice before going on cruises. The rooms are clean and spacious. The shower is large and lots of pressure.......spotless too. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel to do the cruise park and stay.They have a shuttle to the cruise port as well. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors talk all night but other than that it's a nice hotel.

Horrible management. We’ve been years long loyal guests, we have never heard a complaint or of any issues. In trying to book again we were accused of being the disruptive party of 10 that stayed next to us back in April, again we had no idea until we tried to book again in September. A bad mistake on their part that could have easily been corrected. However we had to deal with the huge unhappy with life, manager who took great joy in treating true blue guest so poorly. Listen, do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel. The hotel current has always had a gross pool and kind of dirty area and surrounding, not to mention the homeless that troll the place. As well as large groups that live in the small rooms and create havoc. We overlooked it before because it was near our destination. Ps. I was once followed by a scary homeless man all the way to my hotel door, I was told hangs around the premises. Good luck, there are same priced hotels that are much cleaner and luxurious and kinder in correcting their mistakes, please, do that and have a real travel experience.

I took a Jacuzzi room, and believe it or not I had the same room back in 2018. The jacuzzi still takes forever to fill in the Water by the time it's full it's cold it was that way then and it's still that way now, I could not believe it that it had not been fixed yet! Make sure can you check the water pressure and temperature for the jacuzzi before getting comfortable

Is a very nice Hotel has nice rooms very close to the Ocean. I highly recommended it, has reasonable prices not over rated like the other Hotels. The owner is very nice and very helpful. Thank you!
