InSpa - Redmond

I have been to other In Spa locations and have always been happy so I assumed this location would be no different. First off this was booked as a gift from my husband so needless to say I was excited for my massage and eye brow appointment. First arriving the girls at the front desk seem more concerned with their conversation than to really help. I was informed my massage therapist was sick and had to cancel which was upsetting but there was no offer for someone else or a reschedule. As a heavy set person it’s hard enough to get the courage to do something like this and the staff absolutely made me feel as I feared I was going to feel. This place is not inviting. I left in tears, I would not recommend this place. You can get way better service for that price elsewhere. Super disappointed with my experience and the whole purpose of going to a spa is to relax.

I have gone to Redmond In Spa for over 15 years. The spa is very clean and the service is top-notched. Victoria is the best nail tech ever! Yvette, the manager is so great. I appreciate everyone at this location. Thank you!

Such great service and a great experience. We had guests in town and treated them to facials with Julia an esthetician there. Both said it was their best facial ever! Thanks for helping to make their trip special!

One of the best massages I've ever had. I gave Yun a little info about what I've recently dealt with medically and she tailored my massage to exactly what I needed. There was an issue with my gift card and the front desk women took the time to figure out how to solve the issue. I can't wait for my next massage!!

I have been having my brows done at InSpa for years. Everyone there is always very professional and friendly. Making appointments is a breeze. I never wait very long. I am always thrilled with my brows! If you have your brows done at Redmond ask for Katie - she's my favorite!

Bianca is my favorite technician. She is so nice and always goes out of her way to ask about my family and remembers details about the things going on in my life. She is genuinely a great person and truly cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor, poor, poor management. I booked a massage back in March (3/22) for Mother's Day (5/14), treating myself a work has been 50+ hrs/week. I get there 15 min early and wait. At 5 minutes past what should have been the start of my appointment, the receptionist tells me the masseuse is not there and she's called the managers (offsite) to figure out what is going on. There is no alternate masseuse at this time. I decide to leave as I value my time and don't want to wait for them to figure it out. I give a message to the receptionist to pass on to management. 40 minutes later, the receptionist calls me and says they had a system glitch and the masseuse scheduled for my appt was never supposed to come in. She apologized profusely and they give me a credit for next time. I'm not one who looks for free services, I expect delivery of scheduled and confirmed services. Everyday, I received a reminder for the appt, I even had to confirm Yes. You can blame the system all you want. This is poor management. All appts for the day should be reviewed the day before or morning of to ensure all are covered. It's not that complicated. This was my first time in this place and it will be the last time. I'm hoping Gene Juarez brings back the massage services, there is no comparison. Message to InSpa management - grow up and be real managers.
