Jimmy's Tavern

I eat lunch here often and I can't complain about anything... it's attached to National Coney Island so you can order from either place but i think Jimmy's menu items are better... Service is always great... and the atmosphere is always great at lunch... generally pretty quiet... can't speak for any other time

My daughter and I had Liz as a server and she was so awesome, friendly and just great service all the way around!! Very happy with our visit and her!

Decent food with next door coney menu to choose from, as well. Food is better than average bar food. No real "happy hour," but they do have daily specials like "Wednesday Whiskey" with a small discount on Whiskey drinks. They were busy at 6pm, so they are doing something right. Staff was friendly, also.

This place is a classic in the city. You can’t find better bar staff and the manager Jessica P is the best. Will always come back

Back after almost 4 years and again we just loved it! Lovely waitress (didnt get her name) and awesome wings, onion rings, cajun dry rub wings and pretzel bites! Loved our favorite beer! It was better than i remembered. I previously rated 4 stars but edited it to a well deserved 5 stars! 2022. PREVIOUS REVIEW 2018 preferred stop for a quick blue moon just off van Dyke! We really enjoy it here. Great regular waitress (Mona) I would definitely recommend if you looking for a quick drink after work. The menu is good too (loaded fries).

Stopped in for a little Valentines Day lunch and recieved excellent service, great food, cold beer, and good prices. Had a couple awesome $0.99 coneys and shared a basket of Tavern Fries with my Sweet wife (she had a coney too). It has always been friendly at Jimmy's Tavern and they treat us right. This place is a treasure hidden just thru the door of National Coney Island.
