This place is an absolute ✨VIBE✨ Truly, the BEST Hookah bar lounge in Seattle! This hookah bar has amazing service, good people, and great hookah. I love the dark interior & whole design of the place. Every time I go here, the crowd is always so fun and upbeat to be around! I will definitely be coming here again whether in the middle of the week or for weekends. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing hookah session and for a fun night with friends.

Great place, I haven't been to a hookah lounge in 10 years and I forgot how relaxing of an experience it is. KSS Lounge is a solid spot and I recommend it to anyone and everyone that enjoys hookah! Also great customer service

Terrible service. I ordered a paan flavor and they gave me a completely different one. When I told them about the mistake, they refused to change it. No apology, no effort to fix it. Really disappointing and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back

Pan raas did not taste at all like what it was supposed to. The guy argued with my friend about it and said he'd get someone else to deal with it. Disappeared. If he wasn't on the clock I have no idea where any other employee was. The guy came back to hit a hookah with some pals, helped other guests, and then 30min later finally came up to us and said he'd give half off with no explanation or apology. My friend even offered to pay full price if he just switched the shisha to the correct one but he wouldn't do it. It was just weird and off-putting for my first time there. Wouldn't return.

The best hookah experience in the Seattle area. The hookahs last a long time and hit very well. Great drinks great crowds. You can meet a lot of people.

Such an amazing place. Great vibes, great people. Highly recommend. Music is always on point.
