L4 Lounge

First time to the lounge. Ordered the hookah for 16 bucks, recived a hookah that was cashed in less then 30 mins, flavorless shisha. Not likely to return and would not recommend this place at all. The L4 Lounge isn't so much lounge as it is a dance club or bar that trys to be a lounge. The bathrooms are unisex, meaning that there is only one bathroom with two toilets and no privacy for a club with a maximum capacity of around 100 to 150.

L4 Lounge is a great spot for a variety of techno/house/dance party music. I have been a few times and the DJ's are great and are skilled enough to get anyone in the mood to dance or at least enjoy the beat. The staff and patrons were friendly, it is more of lesbian club, but as a straight male I have never felt that I was unwelcome there. The bar tenders are beautiful, friendly and engaging If they not swamped. The dance floor and DJ area is good size, the decor and lighting makes u feel your in a cool dance club. Drinks are reasonably priced, and are mixed well, the Sharknado is great. A fruity cocktail of multiple liquors and blueberry redbull will get u drunk but it ain't cheap. There is a nice back patio area as well with a small 2nd bar and DJ as. They also offer standard hookahs with a variety of flavors. They were $16 on a Friday night, too pricey for just 1 person but if u split it with a group not bad. This is a great club to visit, the atmosphere is great and if u enjoy techno, and a dancing it's a great spot on the weekends.

How fun is this place??! I visited L4 for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago when they had the Stanton Warriors play. OMG! The energy was amazing and I had the best time dancing with people I just met. Only complaint is there is no ventilation and it was hot as hell in there, but at least the patio offered some relief. Otherwise, it was great! Will be coming back for DJ Icey!

A delightful atmosphere. There were so many different types of people; it wasn't just one stereotype it was a combination of many different people all under the same roof. That is something that you do not see very often and it put a smile on my face.

Went on a Saturday for my birthday. Sooooooooooooo boring and hate the music. Some techno stuff. Definitely not my cup of tea. Was looking for a variety of people but my friend and I were the only 2 black people. Not my type of scene.

Really amazing sound system for the place. Great dance room. And common restrooms. Great outdoor patio. FYI it's a gay/lesbian club and bar.

Best night club in charlotte for the lgbtq+ scene! ALL are welcome and accepted no matter who you are! The owner is amazing and the themed nights are epic! Summer weekends here are a MUST!
