LA Bufadora Bar

First time here and it was the best experience ever! The bartender makes sure you are happy with your drink. The environment was great they had a live band. Amazing!

I just had the most amazing experience I have ever had at a Bar at La Bufadora. For all of the people claiming it’s gentrified, stop it, the world keeps going and nothing can stay the same. This bar has come into new ownership 6 months ago and it is NOT the same Bufadora that opened in ‘89. I’m sorry if you want the bar to be the same 36 years later but that is simply not realistic. The bar is BETTER than ever and caters to the community by having open mic nights and local musicians that don’t have these spaces available to them especially in light of everything that has been going on with the raids. I genuinely fell in love with this bar because of their selection of beers and mixed drinks. The mixed drinks are made with FRESH fruit juices and only the highest caliber of spirits which include tequila and mezcal which make them super delicious and are of higher quality than any other bar’s drinks. You will not be disappointed. The prices reflect the quality and taste of the drink and is not too much considering the care and attention put into them. The vibe of the bar is also wonderful and I can see myself coming here often with friends and family to relax and listen to the live music. I highly recommend this bar. Come check out what they’ve done with the space and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend this place. It has a fantastic style and atmosphere, and the drinks are outstanding. Throughout the week, there are different themed events. Although new ownership exists, they've maintained the original style and aesthetic.

Good service, quality of ingredients are very good, burritos are amazing, street tacos for 1.50 every Tuesday!!! Plus they have beer buckets ... Can't go wrong here. Good food, good prices. They have TVs for games too.

Awesome, uniquely designed bar welcoming and laid back chill atmosphere. The bartender was very attentive and welcoming. This spot is a gem in Boyle Heights with its themed events and atmospheres.

Coolest owner/bartender. He convinced me to eat chapulines. Drinks were great.

I had an AMAZING time at this bar. We need these spaces in these communities and I am so happy to have stopped here for drinks on Open Mic Night. This will be my go to bar with friends and family. I can't recommend it enough.
