Good location for santa wonderland event, close to shopping. The RV park itself is like a storage area for brokendown/crappie rv's, where rvs go to die and they put room for one or two short term rental sites. Site 4 is so un level my tires were off the ground on one side. The price for a weekend/weekday stay is more than KOA sites.

This is an RV park so with saying that it’s very nice I like it here I get out and go walking every morning. The manager is also wonderful so if you are on the road I need a place to park your RV for a little while or a long while.call the lazy G Rv Park you won’t be disappointed oh did I mention they have a Laundry Mat on property? Yeah that’s the best part and they are definitely pet friendly.

My husband and I go there often for a few days. We like that it is not a Concrete Jungle. There is grass and trees and shrubs and birds. The place is not fancy but it is kept up and the bathrooms have always been clean and nice and well-appointed. Again not fancy but clean and adequate. The manager strives to help you with your needs. It is almost impossible to get a reservation during football weekend but that is true of any place within 30 miles of College Station. The park is located right off of Highway 6 which means it's easy to get around the college station area. You can hear the noise from the freeway. When making a reservation on the weekend of a football game you will pay for Friday night and Saturday night regardless of the fact that you may only want to be there one night but again that's a rule for the whole area. I can't speak for the long-term residents and how they feel because we are always temporary short-term people. I would recommend this place.

Nice small campground. Sites have fairly level gravel surfaces. There are a good number of medium and large trees, so many sites are shaded. Campground staff were pleasant and helpful when I made the reservation, at registration, and once when I needed help. The only caveats are that the sites are fairly close together and the park is geared to longer stays-- there aren't any park activities. This is strictly a place to stay, rest, and sleep. It's pretty good for that!

Will be a long term resident here. It is quiet it is peacefully. They don't have people in and out walking around all hours nor is there loud parties or music playing late at night. Highly recommended. They also have on site bathrooms with showers on both sides of the park as well as laundry and small "cowboy bunks" to rent.

We go to this RV Park often. We like the fact that it is not a "concrete jungle." There is grass, trees, shrubs. There is a well maintained bathhouse with a large shower if you need extra bath spaces. There are back- in spaces and pull through. We like that the manager lives on the property and keeps an eye on the safety of the property. He is always nice, cordial and willing to help with your needs. They also provide rv and boat storage in the back, along with spaces for extended living. There are even two tiny house owners living there. You can request a certain space in the short term area ; it will not be guaranteed, but he will try to accommodate you. There is a specified dog area for off leash playing. This park is close to College Station and events. To get a space during a football game, you better call really, really, really early. I don't know how early they allow advance reservations. Reservation costs are average. Please know that on special events and games you have to reserve/pay for Friday and Saturday night whether you need both nights or not. We go to be with family, and stay at LazyG every time we go to College Station so we have been there many times. Wifi is available. Last time we were there was Thanksgiving 2017. Getting to the park and leaving the park is easy access. I would say give them a try. It's not fancy, it's not uppity, it's not concrete, it is clean and well maintained. It is in tune with nature. Property is next to Highway 6 in College Station, Texas.

Great little RV Park! Highway close & close to several restaurants, Texas A&M University & the George H. Bush Library. Very clean, nice pull-thru sites with full hookups with 50 amp, clean public restrooms with showers, and very clean laundry room. Management was extremely helpful & knowledgeable on this area. Grounds are very well kept. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're up here his way,,,!!!
