We’ve purchased twice from Leather Creations (way back in 2009 and again in 2025.) We still have our leather sofa, chair and ottoman from 2009 and they look great! We do the recommended cleaning/conditioning about once a year and that really helps. We loved that furniture so much that we ordered two swivel chairs in 2025 and are very pleased with how they turned out! We made a few changes to the chair that was in the showroom (different stitching, etc) and they arrived exactly as expected. It’s worth the wait to have your pieces made custom!

Too long; didn't read: AMAZING, HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE SOLD BY AMAZING, KIND PEOPLE, AT EVEN MORE AMAZING PRICES! When it was time to buy a new couch I knew it would be a struggle. We have 5 cats and wanted a very specific sized sectional (must be less than 97" on both sides). Well that left us with ordering couches from like Pottery Barn, Bassett etc. What I didn't like was their quality vs cost and lower quality leather etc. So I googled "custom leather furniture Atlanta" and found Leather Creations. I cannot even begin to describe how happy I am that I found this small, local, high quality company! I work in the industry (not with them, supplier of many uh, attaching style stuff..) and decided to reach out to someone at LC just to see if we could afford the couch. Well let me tell you, its the highest quality furniture we have ever bought. Every single person we have dealt with within the company has been outstand and amazing; especially Mavis and Sarah at the Alpharetta showroom, but also Darin in Norcross and even the delivery guys (Alberto!). Shopping was a pleasure, no one bugging you constantly but just a kind friendly person to ask a question to when we needed it. We went in knowing we had 5 cats that could potentially destroy leather however this isn't the case with real quality leather. LC has so many different options from well protected leather (what we chose, we definitely aren't as nice to things as we could be!) to the softest most natural patina getting leather I have ever seen. Couch and chair were ordered with a 7-8 week lead time and they came in at 6 weeks! It was also substantially cheaper than the big brand stores such as Bassett.

After 8 years, our couch was in need of some maintenance. Our couch has pillow tops on all the cushions and after speaking with the showroom, we decided to start with just replacing these. Although there was a little delay with the delivery, Mavis took the time to run down the delay and get the order fulfilled. Ultimately, another associate, Kim, took the additional step to waive the delivery fee since the cushions took longer than anticipated. When the delivery team arrived, they quickly and professionally completed the installation, and our couch is almost back to new! We are very satisfied and thank Mavis, Kim, Delilah and the installation crew for all their efforts. I have recommended Leather Creations to friends and family and would happily do so again.

They have been extremely helpful when I have gone in. They are always attentive and ask all my questions regarding potential future purchases. This is a great place for quality sofas. I got my sofa maybe 9 years ago and they have held up like crazy! Yes, they cost me, but they will last forever...

Over the past 20 years we’ve made three purchases from Leather Creations. During our most recent purchase we had the pleasure of working with Mavis in the Alpharetta location. She was very patient as it took awhile for us to pull the trigger while we updated our FL room. During the sales process Mavis and the owner graciously worked with us to update the bottom cushions on the recliners and sofa we purchased. The delivery people were also fantastic. Just an all around great experience for quality furniture made in the USA right here in Atlanta. We highly recommend Leather Creations to anyone looking for quality furniture!

We bought a coach in 2014 and then again in 2021 and both are still in excellent condition. We have grandkids and many dogs and cats the lay etc on these sofa's and they still look beautiful. Would recommend to anyone looking for long lasting sofa or chairs to contact Leather Creations.

My sister has two of their couches that are 18 and 20 years old respectively. They still look fantastic [even under the abuse of 2 boys and all their friends]. So I went in knowing this furniture will last. Lee at their Alpharetta location took really good care of us in helping us figure the right leather, design, and taking into account the size of our room. Here's the kicker of what makes them so good; they are a Georgia based business, their leather is a much better quality, their design choices are better, and their warranty is much better than Haverty's and Ethan Allen but they were 12% less.
