We’ve been to Royalz a few times and it’s been a wonderful time every time! The place is nice, hookah is smooth, food is delicious and the owner (Hemi) makes it a point to check on each guest. Love that he stops by, gathers thoughts from us, shares plans for introducing new things and makes sure we’re having a good time. Such a nice touch! My friend and I visited Royalz Mediterranean & Hookah Lounge on a recent Saturday night. While the option to enjoy hookah created a good atmosphere, the overall experience was severely let down by mixed food quality and highly disappointing service. ​The food was a tale of two dishes. The Chicken Shawarma was quite good and the highlight of the meal, although my request for spicy preparation was unfortunately ignored, resulting in a mild dish. The quality declined sharply with the Kabob Platter. The meats were generally bland, lacking expected seasoning. The side dishes were worse: the saffron rice was noticeably dry, tasting like it had been reheated, and the bulgur was served cold and unappetizing. ​The most concerning issue was the inattentive service. It appeared only one waiter was managing the floor, and she was preoccupied throughout our visit. We were left waiting at the entrance and were not seated until the manager intervened. This lack of attention continued all night, making it impossible to request the bill. After repeated failed attempts to get the waiter's attention, we ultimately had to walk up to her station to pay on our way out. ​Based on the mediocre food and the extremely poor service, I left feeling unsatisfied. Royalz needs urgent improvements in both kitchen quality control and staff attentiveness to justify a visit.

We were so excited to try Royalz after seeing how beautiful it looked. While the 5-star ambiance did not disappoint, the 1-star food and drinks unfortunately did. The Good: * The restaurant's interior is absolutely gorgeous. It has a very luxurious, high-end feel. * The staff who greeted and served us were very friendly and polite. The Bad: * Service was incredibly slow. Despite the place being nearly empty, our drinks took a very long time to come out. * The drinks were a miss. Our entire table was disappointed with our cocktails. They just didn't taste right. * The food was a huge letdown. We ordered wings, and they arrived completely soaked in grease. The fries were undercooked and soggy. We could barely eat any of it. Final Word: We actually left after the appetizers, paid our bill, and went to another restaurant for dinner. That's how disappointing the experience was. Royalz has the looks, but until the kitchen catches up, I cannot recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic experience tonight. The moment we walked in, my wife and I were struck by how warm and beautiful the environment felt (inviting without trying too hard). Every person we interacted with was incredibly friendly in a way that felt sincere, not scripted. The food was outstanding. Truly authentic flavors, perfectly prepared, and clearly made with care. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both atmosphere and food at this level, but this one does. We’ll definitely be back, and I’m already recommending it to friends. A wonderful experience all around.

Royalz is a gem with a vibrant atmosphere and the warmest hospitality! Their Mediterranean cuisine is exceptional—the chicken grill is my absolute favorite, flawlessly tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The appetizers are bold, flavor-packed delights. What an unforgettable night at Royalz! The food was incredible, but the real magic was in the atmosphere. The DJ kept the energy high with amazing music, setting the perfect vibe for the evening. And the belly dancer? Absolutely mesmerizing—graceful, vibrant, and full of life! The combination of great entertainment, delicious food, and a welcoming ambiance made for an experience I won’t forget. If you’re looking for a place that offers both flavor and fun, this is it!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s such a welcome addition to the area, no need to drive all the way into Atlanta for a great hookah experience anymore. The atmosphere is relaxed, stylish, and perfect whether you’re hanging out with friends or getting a little work done on your laptop in the afternoon. The mezze platter and beef shawarma are both incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But the real standout is the hookah. The selection is fantastic, and the quality of the setup and flavor mixes is top-notch. A special shoutout to Helmi, who creates such a warm and welcoming environment and consistently provides excellent service. Every visit feels personal and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot, it’s easily become my go-to spot.
