What a lovely lounge to unwind in after a day in the field performing office visits. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Nabil, one of the most hospitable lounge operators I’ve met. I explained that my hotel didn’t allow smoking and that I was looking for a place to enjoy a cigar, and he immediately welcomed me into the humidor. I ended up picking a Brick House. Nabil asked how I prefer my cigar cut; I requested a punch, which he did perfectly. He then walked me to the lounge, turned on a game, and struck up a great conversation. You don’t just feel welcome here—you feel like a regular. Highly recommended.

What a lovely lounge to relax in after a busy conference. Walked here and was warmly greeted by Nabil, the most hospitable lounge operator. I explained I wanted to kill some time before my flight, he showed me the lounge, welcomed me to the humidor, and left me to my selections. I picked a new Foundation offering (Aksum) and a Leaf Corojo. It's pretty rare for me to find 2 sticks I haven't tried and want to try in most any lounges. This is a well-curated selection. After my humidor browsing, Nabil asked how I like my cigar cut (I rarely have this offer, or just refuse since I'm particular about it) and he did a perfectly modest straight-cut. A++ After that, he walked me to the lounge, made sure I got on the WiFi, and checked in chatting throughout the visit. You don't just feel welcome here, I felt like a regular in my few hours visiting. Thank you, Nabil!

Great experience, Leiann was super cool and welcoming. It was my buddy and I‘s first time in since the wives dragged us out to Disneyland. We had to take a little break and I’ll definitely be back.

Nice shop, well stocked, excellent selection, and a very comfortable lounge. Staff are very accommodating and the lounge has two large TVs streaming whatever you like. Lounge sits 11 in large comfortable leather chairs. Yep, I’ll be back!

This place is great! Bill is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The selection in the walk in humidor is impressive and the smoking lounge is low key and comfortable

I’m brand new to cigars, and Nabeel was incredibly helpful in guiding me and recommending some great options. I spent some time in the lounge as well and had an awesome experience—relaxing atmosphere, friendly people, and great conversation. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place really made me feel among friends. The owner gives very personal attention, the variety of cigars is excellent, and the lounge is very comfortable with good ventilation and a pleasant atmosphere. You end up making friends because we all have something in common — a good conversation and a good cigar. I’ll be back soon.
