Unacceptable Installation & Zero Accountability DO NOT buy from this store. The "professional" setup of our bed frame, and the installation was completely wrong. Parts were installed upside down, multiple screws were stripped (making it impossible for us to fix ourselves), and the drawers were installed crooked and would not open properly. A technician was sent out, and while he was here I pointed out all the issues and he only semi-fixed the drawers and said whoever set it up did it wrong. I even had to help him. After that, I was out of town for a few months, and now the company is refusing to help because I am just outside of the one-year warranty — despite the fact that all of these problems stem from THEIR original installation errors and poor workmanship. Customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions and taking no responsibility. The overall furniture quality is also disappointing for the price. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. A company that calls themselves professional and talked and talks about their "good quality" should stand behind their work. Save yourself the headache and buy from Costco or a retailer that actually supports its customers. Posting this in hopes someone from management finally takes accountability and resolves this situation.
My husband and I did not have shopping for furniture on our immediate horizon. But Sat mornings are our time to stop somewhere we’ve never been before.(90% of the time it’s a new eating establishment).but my husband surprised me by stopping at Jerome’s. A very personable and professional sales representative Christopher warmly greeting us, getting sense of how we stopped in. He shared the sales and discounts, developing.some ideas of what we wanted to look at. And sensibly let us walk around unaccompanied looking at different styles. Truly I wasn’t planning on buying anything. He seemed to know when to check in on us. When he noticed I finally started seriously appreciating a sofa, loveseat and recliner, he joined us. Next thing I knew, I was signing on the dotted line, scheduling delivery. After being in the car business for nearly 20 years, I admired how he gave me the time to close myself! LOL. If the delivery service is as professional as the sales experience, you will definitely have return customers! Thank you Christopher! The Penas
So it's been over a month since tech came out and I'm tossed around like a chopped salad over a 7 thousand dollar sectional that is garbage! After posting first review, which is basically a cry for help and I want my money back and the junk sofa picked up...I get once again, an answer for me to text or call. 😡 That's all I've been doing for over a month!!!! At what point will "Jerry Cares". Will they really care??? Read the response I took screenshot of below. Going on 2 months now, still tossed around. NOTHING in Jerome's showroom fits our home style! Shopped for months to refurnish out home. I'm not a letigis person and typically only have great reviews for companies...but this is terrible. If we can't be given the proper support, which means management actually calling us as they don't even do that. Then I will file a lawsuit. That simple. I'm tired of chasing and writing and texting. They really are so unprofessional.
We were looking for comfortable chairs for our den, and we heard that Jerome’s might be a good place to try. As soon as we walked in, we saw a pair of chairs (recliners) that seemed like they might work well. We sat down and found them truly comfortable. When I saw the price, I couldn’t believe what a deal they were! The salesperson who greeted us explained that the low price was bc of a large inventory of those particular chairs. Honestly, I still suspected that something must be wrong with them, so my husband and I continued looking. We were impressed with the large selection of chairs in the showroom and saw a few styles we liked, but we returned to the first chairs and after sitting, talking, reclining, and doing our best to find anything wrong with them, we decided to buy them. The picture makes it look like the bottom part of the recliner does not fold all the way in, but that was just because I left it partially open. The chair is super comfortable and reclines midway and completely back. Really curious to see how they will work, but I feel great about the purchase. The service was great as well. All around good experience. We’ll likely shop there again.
I had a wonderful experience at this store thanks to Minnie Gutierrez. She is one of the best sales reps I’ve had the pleasure to work with. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful assisting my 92 year old father and I pick out furniture for his new apartment. She was patient and spent a lot of time making sure we got exactly what dad wanted, always thinking about what would be best for him and make his life easier and more comfortable. When we realized after leaving the store that we forgot to order a dresser and nightstand, I called her the next day and she got right on the computer and recommended 2 pieces that I could look at on my computer and the whole transaction was done in under 10 minutes. My dad and I were so grateful for Minnie! She’s the perfect example of excellent customer service! If you’re in the market for furniture, go see Minnie at Jerome’s in Anaheim! 😊
We visited several local stores and Steven Luong was the only one who treated us with the appropriate attention and space for us to consider our options. Other stores suffocated us or ignored us. Prices for the products also seemed better at Jerome’s for the couch style we sought. Quick delivery was promised.
This was my first time in the store; a very nice large store. I met with Diego Osoiro who was very professional and made me feel welcome. I like that he was never in a hurry, answered all my questions and helped me purchase the 2 chairs I needed. The prices were so much lower than I expected. I will definitely return when I need other purchases. A very large variety of furniture. A pleasant experience!
