We drove down from North Carolina to Atlanta for the weekend and decided to go to the eagles both Friday and Saturday night and unless you Uber get there by 8 actually parking can be crazy because there's other nightclubs and events going on within that complex I had a great time at the eagle the staff was great the bartenders were phenomenal the court Saturday night was even better because it featured the drag shows with a wonderful Shawna Brooks and company the drinks are phenomenal can a special thanks to the guy who coordinates the shows their thank you for your warm hospitality ... We actually look forward to coming back.
Came out on thursday with a bunch of friends . Turns out it was karaoke night! The atmosphere was amazing the karaoke Hostess Raqui was so friendly and her energy just brought me out of my funk. Whoever the bartender is upstairs was not very nice( kinda dismissive) the night was fun would definitely recommend to come back
Two years ago, I started going to Karaoke Nights on Thursdays, and it’s grown into one of my favorite weekly rituals. Along the way, I’ve met so many amazing people—each bringing their own style, energy, and talent to the community. Raqi keeps the night lively as a fantastic host, while Russell makes sure the drinks are just as memorable as the music. If you’re looking for a fun, welcoming, and unforgettable night out, I can’t recommend this experience enough!
The Eagle Atlanta was absolutely electric over Pride weekend, and our group of eight had an unforgettable time. From the moment we walked in, the energy was palpable—welcoming, vibrant, and unapologetically bold. The second floor was where we spent most of our night, dancing under the lights to a DJ who knew exactly how to keep the crowd moving. The music was a perfect mix of house, pop, and throwback anthems, and the space gave us room to let loose while still feeling connected to the pulse of the party. What really stood out, though, was the patio. It offered a breath of fresh air—literally and socially. We met so many interesting, kind, and expressive people out there. Whether we were sharing laughs over drinks or just soaking in the atmosphere, it felt like a true celebration of community. The crowd was diverse and open, and the staff kept things running smoothly without ever feeling intrusive.
This is for whoever "Anthony" is at the Eagle. He’s a total control freak piece of work. He was less than pleasing to me and the group of people I brought from out of state to come to this bar for queer fun. I’d imagine this is a place of safety and fun, but obviously the owner doesn’t care. Anthony made it less than fun, stating that our wristbands weren’t valid and that we needed to go to the door to pay for a stamp. We had no clue of that, and had paid for our wristbands hours earlier. We ended up leaving after we had our diminishing and degrading run in with him. It wasn’t even that we needed a "stamp", he personally attacked me and my group. He was immensely rude, demeaning, and condescending from the second we made contact with him. I would never come back to the Atlanta Eagle or recommend anyone I know to come to Atlanta Eagle after our interaction with him. I was shocked how rude and controlling he was towards us. It made our pride weekend pretty bad after our main goal to go to in Atlanta was Atlanta Eagle. He should be fired. Dear owner of Atlanta Eagle, he’s treating your participants like garbage and that’s nothing to be proud of. We won’t be back when we’re in town until Anthony is gone. He’s a total disaster to your business.
Large queer bar. Daily entertainment, either drag, karaoke, trivia, country line dancing, leather/kink events, lots of charity work. Theme parties, but you don't have to be on dress code. Furry/Pups always welcome. Some of the DJs are old do heavy mix 70s-2000s.
The Cafe - Just Eat It inside the Eagle has delicious food. The best okra in Atlanta. The Wings are big and juicy with my favorite Honey Chipotle. Great Burgers. Their lunch specials include wraps and my favorite Fried Green Tomato Sandwich. The Service is fast. The doors open at noon for lunch. It’s a hidden gem
