Jinna (owner of Juhee's Alterations and otherwise known as Juhee) was AMAZING at tailoring my wedding dress. I first got a bridesmaid dress tailored by her (which I actually had her alter 1 more time 1 year later to shorten and wear as a wedding guest dress) and liked her so much and found her pricing to be the best so I brought her my wedding dress. My dress had a lace layer with uneven patterning, which is complex to hem short but Jinna did a fabulous job. She is very thoughtful and meticulous about the process. She invited to come in many times to try on the dress at each step to ensure it was perfect. During one try-on, I didn't like exactly how the dress laid when bustled, so she changed it and it turned out just perfect. Also in the final weeks, I asked her to remove the beading of the straps. I bought this dress secondhand, and she altered in a way that made me think it was brand new and custom fit for me. She did just a wonderful job, is super kind, accommodating to feedback, and is very talented. Highly recommend coming here for any of your formal wear or wedding dress alteration needs!

I've been coming here for alterations, dry cleaning (I believe they outsource this service), other fixes to clothing and have always received warm greetings, great services at a timely manner. I echo the review about the owners being sweet.

I brought my Grace Loves Lace wedding dress here and they did an absolutely amazing job. The fabric was extremely delicate and unusual, and I was really happy with the work they did. Other places were trying to charge 50% of my dress price, which seemed outrageous. I also had to get the dress altered one more time after the wedding because the delicate fabric on the train was destroyed from walking around. I was so grateful she was able to restore the dress. The prices were reasonable and I will continue to come here for all of my dry cleaning and alterations needs--I am happy to trust them!

I brought in a jumpsuit and two dresses to get altered here and Juhee did a great job! She was patient, a good listener, and was able to quickly get the alterations done. I'll be returning for any future alterations I need. She was also transparent about pricing and encouraged me to not get certain alterations done as the price would've outweighed the aesthetic benefit (and she was right!). Depending on the material, style, stitching, etc. the cost to hem ranged from $45-90 per piece, which I find reasonable in this day and age.

I was recommended this dry cleaners/tailor by my boss when I needed major alterations for 2 traditional Pakistani wedding outfits. I was so pleased with the results of my dresses, that I began taking my dry cleaning here. Juhee is always punctual, and sometimes has things ready earlier than their estimated pickup time. Recently, I brought a jacket in for cleaning and received it with some damage to the button. I didn’t realize it until I wore it again and brought it back to see if there were any repairs that could be done. They were not able to repair the damage, however they cleaned the area and when I went to pick it up, they didn’t charge me for the other items I was picking up for dry cleaning. I mention this because although it was a mistake, they did their best to resolve the issue and kept me as a loyal customer. Additionally, their tailoring work is impeccable- I’ve brought in jeans where they’ve kept the original hem as well as several more pants. Juhee is professional and friendly, and I recommend this business to anyone needing dry cleaning and/or alteration services.
