Great people and service here. I took in my to get some paint repair and ceramic coating and the finished product was absolutely stunning and the car looked brand new. I had to bring the car in twice, the first time I got it back, they pointed out the bumper of my car didn’t turn out perfect, so they willingly asked to take the car again to fix it. I’m glad to see that Luxwa actually cares about their work and it shows! If you need ceramic coating, paint repair, or detailing, this is the place to go! Hands down the best auto detailing shop in the Greater Seattle Area! I've gotten my cars detailed by other shops in the past, but these guys are extremely professional, friendly and went the extra mile on my Subaru. I went in for an advanced paint correction and ended up getting the ceramic coating pro 10H as well after seeing some of their work. They even took professional photos of my vehicle after it was finished. I will definitely be coming back!

Leon and the whole team was fantastic. When I first arrived, I thought I might’ve missed my appointment, but it turned out that they were short staffed. Everyone was very kind and understanding and answered a lot of my questions about the overall process of detailing and applying a ceramic coat to the car. In the end, the car looks brand new and given the 5 year warranty on the ceramic coat, I’m pretty satisfied! Only thing is that it is very expensive and it wasn’t brought up earlier in the conversation, but to Leon and the team’s credit, they did paint correct the car free of charge and gave me free lift rides. Plus, with this kind of labor, you have to expect this kind of cost. Overall, it is very worth it if you want to protect your car for a long time!

They can’t deal with scratches even it is light. I did lots of research and ask many shops around before I chose them. Some shops said they can totally remove some of scratch, but LUXWA said they can take all of them and I will not see these scratches anymore. So I chose them. But when I picked up my car, the results made me feel disappointed. I can see all scratches not matter it is light one or heavy one. The result just looks like they washed my car put some Amazon bought paint to the place then they told me it is finished. It is far away from my expectation and their descriptions. Also, they charged me $374, I shared some pictures here and i don’t think it worth this price.

I was blown away by the skill and professionalism that the team at Luxwa provided. They performed paint correction and ceramic coating on my brand new Tesla. They also have some of the best tint work that I’ve seen. A truly premium auto salon for special vehicles.

Luxwa was great to work with! Had them do ceramic coating on my custom doors. They were informative, thorough and did nice work. Also priced well and worked with me on scheduling. I'll def be back!
