Crossroads Trading

Visited for the first time over the weekend with my mom and was very impressed by the selection and brands available. Prices were very fair! I felt it was organized and the dressing rooms were clean and the staff member working the dressing rooms was good at getting people into rooms. Bought a Zara dress that was marked half off from this store's original price. Will come back!

Had a great experience here. I have been selling to Crossroads Trading for years now. They took many of my jackets! Made a little 💰 got a pair of 👓. My buyer was great and really knowledgeable. Can't remember her name but she was awesome!

This used to be a reasonable trade-in style store a-la buffalo exchange but has become completely out of hand. The last time I went in, I noticed that each price is calculated down to the cent, likely the product of some crazy formula (brand recognition + fiber content + depop reseller value etc)... seeing prices like $23.47 is ALWAYS a red flag. Every item I looked at, from t-shirts to blouses to shorts, was at least $20 -- even a novelty tee or tank that would be no more than $5 at a thrift store. Easily left with my dignity intact.

I went in just to look, but ended up buying 3 shirts and 4 pairs of pants. Great selection and quality items. Friendly staff and a good overall shopping experience. Definitely a good shop to visit!

Really good Crossroads. Open, air, sunny store. Big selection of clothes. Well organized. Great feel and vibe all around. Welcoming staff. Not all Crossroads have welcoming staff whether you're buying or selling. This one does. Dressing rooms are clean and on the small side. Not sure if they had a larger one to accommodate mobility aids. UPDATE! They do have a room that accomodates folks using mobility aids. Street parking with meters outfront. Flat street. Accessible for mobility aid users. On bus line and close to BART station.

I am extremely disappointed. I came all the way with a big bag of clothes, hoping they would at least take some of them. This was my first time selling here, and I waited almost two hours—only to be offered neither cash nor store credit. There was nothing wrong with my clothes, and some of the brands are quite well-known, yet they refused everything. In the end, I had to force myself to walk to Goodwill and donate everything because I had traveled so far. I highly recommend not wasting your time trying to sell clothes here—they simply won’t take them.

Nice clothes but they charged my friend $9 for the ugliest, cheap, thin reusable bag I've ever seen. We didn't realize until afterwards, very unhappy
