Like always a good variety of name brand clothes to purchase at a reasonable price. I haven't been for years and it was like never missing a beat. If anything was insufficient it was on my behalf trying to keep a time frame while shipping I look forward to the next venture I will have more time to browse the isles

The worst shopping experience! Why restroom needs a key? Visited on 12/26/25 and was shocked by how rude the staff has become. Accessing the restroom—which is a basic necessity—was a major ordeal. I first asked an employee who told me I had to go to the front for a key. When I asked a cashier for help, he spoke so fast I couldn't understand him. When I asked him to repeat himself, he shouted "Someone will let you in!" with a terrible attitude. Eventually, I found a helpful employee who radioed security to unlock the door. Even then, the security guard who opened the door was cold and dismissive when I thanked him. Thanks to the asian lady who checked us out at the end was very kind and gentle. However, the rest of the staff made me feel unwelcome. I’d rather spend more money elsewhere than deal with this kind of treatment. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. Without customer like you and me the store will eventually close.

They have really stepped up their game! More selections, full racks of merchandise, and security is ready for action. This store during the day is great to shop at with absolutely no line. If you have to shop weekend or after 5pm beware of long lines as the line can be a long wait. Only thing I would say is hire more for the evening hours. Staff still does an amazing job for long lines and they are all pleasant to deal with during the busy holidays.

I wish I can give 0 stars went there yesterday with my family. I went over to the toy section to allow my toddler to pick a toy out and he set the toy down excited looking at all the toys the lady that was working the toy area screamed and said for my toddler to pick up the toy when he was done cause she’s cleaning. He’s 2 and how she spoke was now way to talk to a customer let a lone a toddler !! I told her where is the manager and she said go tell the manager I don’t care she will agree ! When I told the manager she said she would talk to her and didn’t seem to care at all about my concern. I was so upset I put all the things down I wanted and left. Smh that’s no way to talk to customers. Very rude staff never will I shop at this location again !!

Really disorganized. Clothing all over the place. Hangers tossed around. Looks like the place hasn't been cleaned up in a long time. And long check out lines complete with registers on one end of the store shut down. If I worked here I would be embarrassed. I now await the copy and paste response from the Burlington social media team yet no changes done at store level at all.

Good prices on some things but the lines are long and slow very long and very slow and younger people cut in front of the older people who are helpless and can't protect themselves. Not the safest place to shop so be careful. There was a shootout between some juveniles a week ago.

Lots of everything! I did all of my Christmas shopping here today and I just went in thinking I was going to get a couple of gifts perhaps, but I just kept coming across excellent deals and the prices are, should I say a real deal almost a steal. Well I won’t go that far. But I was amazed at the prices on big name designer clothing and bedding, and kitchen essentials. The ladies department is sprawling, ii had to go through it to get to the dressing room and I couldn’t believe all of the accessories and shoes and I look over to my left and toys upon toys and games galore. I don’t have to tell you this is a 5 star place but I gave it 4 stars be cause I purchased a padded storage bench it was about 5 ft long and when I checked out the lady wheeled the cart up front and put all of my bags of stuff inside the bench for easy transport. She told me to go ahead and drive up to the front door so I did. Went in and got the cart with the bench and wheeled it to my Honda pilot as the security guard stood watching me struggle to lift that into the back of my car. Not helpful. I took the cart back in and saw the sales lady and she said good bye and thank you and I said okay was that everything she said yes but it wasn’t I found out when I got home. However the merchandise and prices over power my frustration with them. I’m going back tomorrow with my receipt and get the other things that were overlooked. Oh and by the way did I mention they’re open til midnight!
