Stitch & Tickle is an absolute treasure trove if you are someone who appreciates beautiful and unique artisanal goods at a very reasonable price. I'm obsessed with how versatile yet simple and effortless Sophie's bags are. There are lots of very cool pieces in this store that would fit many age groups and styles. A great place to find something special that nobody else has. I will definitely be back whenever I come to visit Boston!

Every time I go into Stitch and Tickle I discover more delightful things from tableware and vases, to small sculptures, to jewelry, scarves and clothing! All are handmade, bespoke and waiting to be gifted to family friends or yourself. Sophie, the owner, has created a very special experience and she is always happy to welcome you in, answer your questions, and suggest something you hadn't noticed.

Stitch & Tickle is an experience of art and warmth. Everything — from candles to flatware, scarves to spoons, jewelry to bath towels, and more — is curated with such eye and appreciation for the makers and the making. The quality of everything I’ve brought home or given away is exquisite, and the shopkeepers themselves are gems of human beings. For purchases and places, one of my absolute favorites in Boston.

What a joy to have discovered the enormously talented Sophie Truong and her gorgeous leather bags in Philadelphia many years ago at the Art Museum Craft show. Her wonderful Boston outpost, Stitch and Tickle, with its beautifully curated collection of clothing, accessories, jewelry, and little luxuries (and, of course, the latest leather designs) is the first place I think of when looking for something special. This is what shopping was meant to be.

I have eyed on the Morrocan pillows for a while. They are not just pillow covers, but actually with inserts and are double sided. They came in the mail today and oh my they are beautiful and huge, perfect to be floor pillows! Sophie kindly answered my questions and accommodated my request. Very happy with the quality of pillows and the smooth communication!

I live in Chicago and have not been able to visit the shop in person, but Clara James was incredibly helpful over the phone, and I ended up ordering a fantastic skirt and blouse. I will definitely be back for more!
