I came here because there were some negative reviews and I had to see this spot for myself, so I went there twice and both times my server was very humble and helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I had the old fashioned and it was pretty good, then I tried the chicken which wasn't bad. Sunday the kitchen closes at 11pm I will come back because I need to check out this Smash burger. The drinks are great if you want top shelf they have it if you want well drinks they have that too, my server was so great and the people there was awesome too. Made a few new friends , was recognized by a few bar goer's and Ended the night when they closed. The pictures I posted I was the last to leave 😂. So come check this place out have a drink in the corner or play some pool, watch the Game or talk shit with the bartender, hey you might just see me at the corner of the bar 🍻. Thank you to Megan T for being a great server and my new Bartender friend.

Bar 47 is one of my favorite spots to go to in the BX. The atmosphere is chill and the backyard is so nice in the spring/summer. Also, Andre makes the margaritas! I highly recommend visiting this place.

Went here Friday night, this place was recommended to me and I must say it was disgraceful! You can feel the racism as soon as you walk in. The drinks were nasty, rushed and the female bartender was rude. I would never step foot into this hole in wall ever! I recommend anyone of color to not support any business that looks down on Blacks in the Bronx is crazy!

The spinach artichoke dip is tasty but the chips aren’t good and the bowl is two big. Buffalo wings traditional is nothing but the bodega wings, which is not a compliment.

I went here with a friend and I must say that it was a really nice vibe there the music was not too loud or overpowering but it was enough if you wanted to dance you could. I went on a Saturday night and it was just really chill the ambiance was just really mellow as well I really like the the decor. It kind of gave me like an old school maybe jazz New Orleans type of vibe. The bathroom was very clean and in order to wash your hands you do have to go outside. The drinks were pretty good as far as what my friend said and for me I kept it simple with Titos and cranberry on the rocks. One downside which has nothing really to do with the establishment was that parking is absolutely terrible and that location I did notice a lot of people were double parked we were lucky enough to find a spot after circling the block about twice

I want to like this spot but some things need to be addressed. The rude and passive aggressive female bartender picks and chooses who she asks for ID. Not only once but twice on different occasions. I came With my partner at the same time and she has the audacity to ask for my ID but not his and he’s never been there, but I have. I think it’s unsettling and very passive aggressive and also lack of doing what’s required by law- checking everyone’s ID and not only who you THINK looks underage. Also places like this treating people from this community and neighborhood like they do not belong. You are in our community.
