Here to add another stellar review for the rack shack! I happened to be walking by in the neighborhood when I saw them advertising free bra fittings and I needed one anyways so I walked in. Aisha was so helpful to me and made me feel comfortable and listened to what I needed. The fitting room itself was comfy and had a fan to cool you off. She was so kind and brought me lots of options and showed me the best way to wear them. She also gave me instructions for wash and care. I was so happy to support a local business especially because the staff was so kind and helpful. I was given many options of bras in different colors and styles and price ranges and was really happy with my selection. They even made me a profile with my sizing and offered to start a wish list for when I come back. I’ll definitely be back to check out the swim wear in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

I went in today because, probably like a lot of other reviewers, it’s been years since I was properly fitted for a bra and I wanted to go somewhere where I would feel good about finding a new bra. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The ladies in the store were easily able to tell my size and found so many good options for me. I wasn’t planning on buying anything, but the options picked were so beautiful, I ended up walking away with 3-4 bras. I will continue to shop this place, and I encourage all those seeking an excellent bra fitting and quality gender affirming care to shop here.

Yesterday I went in for my first bra fitting in years. Dakota made the entire process seamless, comfortable, and empowering. In the past bra fittings have felt like being poked, prodded, and measured, but Dakota used her keen eye to help me find my perfect size within minutes. I really appreciated her patience as I tried on dozens of bras of all styles and her attentiveness to every little question or adjustment I needed. She also helped me find the perfect styles for my body (something I’d never even considered), expertly explaining all the jargon in an easily understandable way. She also wrote me a card to take home with my size & best styles - a detail that I really appreciated. I felt no pressure at all to tip, but even 15 minutes into the fitting, I felt compelled to due to the excellent level of care I was receiving. Furthermore, the shop was filled with a range of pieces - from basic nudes to vibrant colors. I would recommend the Rack Shack to anyone who is looking for a bra/underwear/lingerie. I will certainly be back!!

I went in last week for the first time after hearing about this place for a while, and I wish I had come earlier. Nani and Asha were warm, professional, and made me feel totally comfortable in such an intimate setting. I’m a "posh spice moon, sporty spice rising" type of woman, and have been living in sports bras and bandeaus for years. I discovered I didn’t even know my correct size!! Nani was so patient and sweet, and helped me find bras that fit me and made me cute. Thanks Rack Shack ✨

Had the most amazing experience— the team was so kind and supportive. I felt very comfortable while being measured and adjusted. I left with two bras only planning to go in for one. They are both the most supportive and sexy pieces I’ve ever worn. 11/10 experience. Will purchase all of my lingerie and swim there going forward! I’m sorry for not remembering the name of the goddess that helped me but, you know who your are— THANK YOU!

Absolutely incredible service! I haven’t gotten measured for a bra since I was a teen and I was a little apprehensive to go but I’m SO glad I did. The associates at the Rack Shack were so kind and considerate of my needs. I walked in for a fitting and they made me feel immediately at ease and cared for. I am so grateful to finally know my bra size and have a lovely bra to take home! As a queer, gender non conforming person I felt totally safe and comfortable here. I went in planning to buy a strapless bra for a special event dress. Aatia fitted me perfectly, she was awesome, and so I ended up also buying some new every day bras because I didn't realize I was not wearing the right size. Recommend this place! The staff is so knowledgeable, respectful and helpful! And they had small fans running in the fitting room, which I never knew I wanted!
