Went there last night with my girlfriend for a date night. I’ll begin with $20 p/p reservation fee. Which I think was a bit to much. When we got there they escorted us to the back of the restaurant and showed into a 1920 elevator to a hidden door which leads into the restaurant. The speakeasy is very well decorated beautifully. We ordered a couple of drinks. The drinks were just ok. I have had better drinks elsewhere, nothing to write home about. Then we ordered the churrasco sushi and the ropa vieja egg rolls. The sushi was ok a bit to spicy again not really worth the price same with the egg rolls. We had a total of 3 drinks and 2 appetizers for a total of $150. A bit to much in my opinion. They had a live band playing that was very good. I think this was the best part of the experience there. Overall I will say I think this place is a one and done restaurant for me. This is the 4th speakeasy I visit and out of the four this was the worst.

Okay okay take all the negative reviews with a grain of salt, this is a very new establishment that is open and ready to accept feedback. First, you go out in large part to eat & drink and here the food and drinks are delicious. HIGHLY recommend the grilled octopus, rangoons and arepas but truly felt like all the food was yummy! It is tapas style but they are priced like entrees I think they should make the portions smaller and chop off some of the price because you WANT to try multiple dishes. As for the drinks, the mango gimlet is refreshing light & tasty but every beverage did its thing from presentation to taste. I do feel the entertainment fee is unnecessary though the band was lovely yes it does dominate the space, it’s live music in a Caribbean restaurant you know what you signed up for. The speakeasy experience still needs to be worked out but the overall ambiance in the place is sexy, swanky (1920s) and luxury. I’ll be back and I hope to do something more interesting with my coin when I return

Definitely not worth the $20 per person to make a reservation. The vibes inside were off and the live music was a let down, with just a flute and a guitar duo playing intermittently. Most of the drinks were too sweet and lacked depth. At $22 each, we expected the cocktails to be excellent and have more complex flavors. La caña brava was the only drink to meet this expectation, while all the others we tried in our group all fell flat. Service was a little slow, but it was as expected for a new restaurant opening. All in, I paid $150 for 4 medicore drinks and cover for two people, which felt like a rip off. Definitely would not recommend paying the cover charge and it was still overpriced for the quality of drinks if there is no cover in the future.

The food was enjoyable, but the overall experience didn’t quite match the price point. The service felt rushed at times, especially when discussing dietary restrictions, and there were a few order errors that resulted in additional charges. Given that both the food and drinks are priced at a premium, along with a fee for the live music, I expected a smoother experience. The band was talented and entertaining, though the volume was quite high for the size of the space. I understand that the establishment is relatively new and may still be working through some challenges. That said, when pricing is on the higher end, a higher level of service and attention to detail would make the experience feel more aligned with the cost.

The ambiance was cool, very nice decor and set-up. We really enjoyed the live music. The food was just okay, bland and inconsistent; we double ordered some dishes that came out different in taste. Lots of creativity with the drinks, the bartender was on point but overall very pricey which includes the per person reservation fee. Glad to have experienced it but most likely will not return.

Had the most wonderful dinner here with my girl. The vibes, atmosphere, food, and service were all exceptional. We were served by Diani, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and taken care of from start to finish. The live music was amazing (they have musicians every Friday and Saturday), adding the perfect touch to the night. Such a fun, intimate and charming spot. 10/10 would recommend!

Great vibes and music. Unfortunately the food doesn’t live up to it. We were served uncooked chicken - a complete no-no - and then were charged for them having to remake it. Ordered Coke and Coke Zero - both had a metallic taste. Come for the vibes not the food.
