The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to schedule my service within a reasonable timeframe. The "paint correction" was completed within the time planned and was done well. My expectations were met and I was pleased. One observation I will make is that in the process of driving my truck from their satellite shop (where they did the work) to their main shop, they encountered some wet streets and managed to dirty the wheel wells, rocker panels and running boards. Why not take the 5 minutes needed to make that awesome buff and polish look perfect by wiping down the splashes encountered in transit? Small issue…but "detailing" is their business. I will likely return for service again some day.

Overall finish is bright and enhances color depth. Some surface scratches on the hood still show but maybe could not be buffed out. Service appointment was easy and finished work was earlier than expected. Will tell over time if ceramic coating is better than past problems with clear coating.

Wow! I'm super impressed with the whole team at Pristine! The communication and friendliness from Yarely was excellent throughout my whole experience. They worked with me to find a solution for a very VERY stubborn smell in a used vehicle I purchased. And I could not be happier with their customer service, quality of work, and outcome. I felt they went above and beyond finding a solution for me. I will be a loyal customer of theirs from now on and highly recommend them!

Great staff in the office and also the guys that work on the vehicles. I did have an issue with my glass being streaked. I really couldn't see it when i picked up my 2002 Ram, as the sun was at an angle not to see it. When I got rolling in the morning, the sun came directly in and the glass was streaked. I called and was told they would immediately make it right. They did!!! I can honestly say, my truck has never looked this good!! I would recommend Pristine again and again!! Thank you for such a great detail job!!

Scheduled my truck for detailing. Everything went flawless from start to finish. My truck is a 2004 and sat outside it's whole life, needless to say the weather has taken its toll on the exterior. Pristine took it back to factory new looking, did an amazing job! Couldn't be happier, a big thanks to the whole crew!
