The Doolittle

First time I went here was last week. Great little place & the owner made me feel like we have known each other forever. Definitely going back & definitely recommend.

Great neighborhood bar. Good atmosphere with cool woodwork and a wooden canoe as a bar. Brian, Jake, Joe and Arri all provide great service and pay attention. Outdoor drinking area for warmer days and municipal mandates. Best bar in Castro Valley I am aware of.

The Doolittle is one of my favorite bars. It's so nice, Joe and Jake really make me feel like I'm family or something, it's a super great atmosphere. Great place to relax when it's quiet and a great place to party when it's loud.

Super fun little dive bar! Friendly service, great beer selection, and incredible atmosphere.

Small and extremely loud. Virtually impossible to have a conversation, even at a 2 feet distance. Men's bathroom was filthy and smelt like a raging UTI. Although I have never been a fan of the bar scene, this place is likely one of the worst bar I've ever been to. On a pitive note, the bartenders were friendly and provided fast service.

Doolittle is the spot! This is where I take my friends to from out of town. It’s like a clean dive bar with nice bartenders. Great selection too! Highly recommend. Also family owned and operated. Support your local bar folks.
