Doar Bros. absolutely delivers on every level. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, stylish, and inviting the kind of place where you instantly know you’re in for a great experience. The drinks were exceptional. Beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. You can tell there’s real passion behind the bar. Every sip felt intentional. Service was just as impressive friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely welcoming. The team made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Food, service, atmosphere all five stars. Doar Bros. isn’t just a spot to grab a drink; it’s a place you want to linger and enjoy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Made a reservation on a Friday. Went with a party of four, and it was a great place to start off our evening before dinner. Ambiance was fantastic, upscale but cozy feel with perfect lighting. Bar and table seating available with skilled bartenders making great craft cocktails. Jacob was tending bar and Jake was serving, they did a great job. Had the Doar Bros. Manhattan, the "Bourbon & Clyde," and "Change of Dates." Some delicious Prosciutto Di Parma and Bread helped prepare our stomachs for a fun night.

Love the concept of this place. My friend and I were looking for a place to get cocktails and she found this place. Wonderful creative drinks! My friend tried a new drink and loved it. I had my old standby drink and loved it. We followed up with bread pudding - so delicious! The ambience was wonderful with dark moody walls. Loved it.

We popped in after dinner for drinks and were SO happy! The Bourbon and Clyde cocktail was so good. Skip dessert and stop in here for this cocktail instead! It’s so cozy. We loved everything about this very special spot.

I’m not sure how you could rate this less than 10 stars. Best cocktail bar I’ve ever been to! And most creative drink I’ve ever had— Bourbon & Clyde!! The Doar Bros have something really special here. The hospitality is top notch too! We had a big group go and try and get in on a Friday evening, and with no issues sat outside, although it was a tad chilly (we didn’t care, having drinks with family, couldn’t ask for much more). Adam noted this and as soon as a table opened up inside he ushered us in no questions asked! We will be back!

Listen to me and listen well; this is the best bar that I have ever been to regarding quality of drinks. I have been a bartender, I am 41, I know what I am talking about. I had a whiskey sour that was truly amazing, I had a drink like something my grandpa used to make but betterz I love it. I left 50 bucks for 3 drinks and they deserve it.

Superb drinks and great food. Had a nice conversation with owner Adam. Jake created perfectly original drinks that were amazing! These drinks are next-level!!!
