We went to republic for a night out for my sister’s bachelorette and we loved it! The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The drinks tasted great! I loved the pineapple upside cake shots! We definitely will be back when we’re back in town!

I stopped in for a mimosa on Second Sunday before walking the King Street market. It’s a cute place. A band was setting up to play some live music. Places like this do really well with brunch in Tampa. Just a suggestion to bring in an earlier Sunday crowd.

We had such a great time!!!! The staff was so kind and helpful, AJ is the best bartender! Security was very attentive. A big shoutout to my fellow Scorpio security bouncer! Didn’t get your name, but thanks for having our backs! Will definitely be back on our next visit!

We stopped in during the summer of 2025 while on a 16 state road trip for my niece who was battling breast cancer that had spread to other parts of her body. Time was precious. She always heard me talk about Bravo's Southern Hospitality and Southern Charm, so we stopped in. I wish I remembered the name of the 2 servers that made her night. They went above and beyond for Majorell. They brought out one of their signs with "Beautiful Sexy Majie" lit up. They also brought slices of chocolate cake to our table. Her smile reached both sides of the room. They were so gracious to us and made a memory that will last a lifetime. Just wanted to let you know, Majorell accepted her wings recently. Pictures of her at Republic with the biggest smile were on display at her funeral today. Thank you.

Republic is a lively, upbeat dance club that delivers exactly what you want in a college bar with a nightlife edge. The DJ kept the energy high all night, spinning music that packed the dance floor and made it a genuinely fun place to let loose and move. The crowd is mostly 20-somethings, but what made the experience especially enjoyable was the welcoming vibe. A couple of 40-somethings dancing right alongside the younger crowd didn’t feel out of place at all—no side-eyes, no attitude—just good music and everyone having a great time together. A standout moment was the bar service. The bartender went above and beyond by suggesting a cocktail for my date, nailing the recommendation and adding a personal touch that really elevated the night. It’s always a plus when the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, even when things are busy. If you’re looking for a fun dance floor, a solid DJ, and a crowd that’s energetic without being exclusive, Republic is a great choice. Whether you’re college-aged or just young at heart, it’s a place where you can show up, dance, and feel right at home.

Hi ! We visited Republic this weekend. We planned to visit other establishments as well but Republic was top tier and had the best service that we decided to stay the entire time Friday night . We decided to return after dinner Saturday night as well. We can’t thank your staff enough for the respect,professionalism and hospitality enough ! They went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Thank you for having such an amazing place to go and have fun!
