Who doesn't love a pirate bar? The decor and vibes are fun. The atmosphere is pleasant and the acoustics are good. I will say they tend to crank the background music 30% higher than enjoyable, but the phenomenal live acts more than make up for it.
Came here to see Orchids, Buried Asunder, Dog Days and Quiet Exit play. Freaking awesome show and great Atmosphere to the place! Recommend checking out these bands as well! They did amazing!!✨️✨️✨️
Lovely dive bar in a cinderblock rectangular solid. Great patio. Although cinderblock, the sound is actually quite good (depending on who’s at the soundboard). A Charlotte institution.
Awesome place for karaoke and a good drink, and a KILLER SOUND SYSTEM. The acoustics make you sound like a star🌟Judgement free zone. Come as you are. Everyone is cool, calm, and collected. Peace is the VIBE. I LOVE SNUG!!🎤🍺🎶. BRYAN IS MY FAVORITE KH/DJ...But all of the DJ are AMAZING!
Went here for the first time ever last night to see Meltt perform. Such a cool bar, loved all the decorations and they had a great selection of non alcoholic drinks for me and my pregnant ass in the time being haha. But I loved the feel of the bar and when watching Meltt, the sound was amazing and the lights and it was such a cool and kind of intimate setting. Everyone was super cool and friendly as well. Will totally try and make it out again to check this place out outside of hosting a band, but if another band is playing I will look forward to coming here again!
