Gus' Sip & Dip

Sarah is awesome despite the fact that she was distracting me with her beautiful eyes the food came out on point. She was very descriptive on the menu. This was my first time here and prior to me sitting at the table in her amazing service. Cameron was able to help me at the bar from beginning to end with four different cocktails, plus the happy hour special none of which disappointed although in different categories, I was able to have a wide variety of different features from this amazing place. Be sure to try the ice cold shrimp cocktail or chilled seafood, ceviche, and the roasted turkey. The Wagyu beef dip was my favorite per Sarah’s suggestion

Great spot in the heart of the city. From the start we had great service. Our server Gigi was awesome, very helpful and was able to walk us through the menu. The wagyu dip was phenomenal. The Turkey dip was also great. But the real gem was the cocktails. Flawless mixed.

Fantastic spot, the wagyu dip was incredible, tender, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and my old fashioned was smooth and well-balanced. Service was excellent, quick, attentive, and friendly and the whole place has a great energy with a cool vintage vibe. There’s a bit of a line, but it moves fast, and it’s absolutely worth the wait. The cocktails, the food, the ambience and decor all on point. I’ll definitely be back.

The Breakfast Martini was hands down my favorite, tasty and the little toast on top was a nice touch. The gin gimlet was light and refreshing, and the espresso martini was smooth and not too sweet, perfect pick-me-up. We also had the warm olives with parm, which made for a great snack, and the fries were good too. Drinks were on point, food was solid, and the vintage atmosphere was cool

(Review based on drinks & apps) drink are only $12 which could be why they only fill some drinks halfway… my classic old fashioned didn’t have a luxardo cherry but my friend’s did (he had the one on the menu that had 7up, too sweet). The parm olives & artichoke fritters were 10/10!

Gus’ Sip and Dip never disappoints! The cocktails are always very well crafted and delicious. They are appropriately strong but not overpowering. We tried the spinach and artichoke dip and it was pretty tasty. My only complaint this time around is that they put us in the back corner facing a wall and the chairs were uncomfortable. They were busy so service was slower than normal but I would still give the experience overall 5 stars

Sarah was incredible!!! So personable and guided us to the most incredible menu items. She also made us feel right at home— fantastic service!
