Amazing neighborhood digs. Highly recommend a visit on a Thursday for karaoke or a nightcap any day of the week. Great atmosphere and amazing times to be had. Pam makes any visit a stellar one.

Been meaning to come to this bar since moving to the neighborhood a few months ago and finally did tonight. The bartender Pam rules! Exactly what you want from a local corner bar. Real, a little rough around the edges, but so welcoming. A lot of first timers tonight, and she remembers everyone’s name. She made my experience and I’ll be a regular now for sure.

Bartender Pam is perhaps the most mean-spirited person I have ever encountered — I tried to justify her behavior to myself multiple times, but WOW was she insistent on acting that way! I will never go back here because of this woman, and I hate for a small business to face any hardships, but going here when she’s here and when she’s not is genuinely night and day.

Had trouble finding a good neighborhood bar. This place felt warm and welcome as soon as I walked in. Pam the bartender is very personable, made me feel like I was at home. I shall be back again! I have found my new favorite neighborhood place!

Great place. Great patrons. Great tunes. Stopped in here after a long day out and about with my family on a recent trip. Felt like one of the locals and enjoyed good convo with some new friends. Bartender Andrew is a cool dude and treated me to my customary first shot of Malort. Can't say enough good things about this joint.

It’s a shame you can’t give zero stars reviews here because this place is definitely deserving of one. I have been to Loafers several times and every single time, Pam has been unnecessarily cruel and rude to every single person in my group, including myself. On several occasions, she has berated us for ordering drinks and screamed at my friend to the point she made her cry. Pam is also constantly drunk behind the bar and I have seen her taking straight shots of liquor before begrudgingly serving us our own drinks. In addition to this, it’s disheartening to see how many reviews mentioned her passive aggressive or straight up racism towards POC who come into the bar. I hope Loafers spends more time training and hiring bartenders who actually care about their job and less time responding to one star reviews defending the one employee ruining this otherwise nice enough bar.

Extremely rude bar staff. I encourage you to keep reading other one star reviews for your safety and enjoyment. Seriously, Patio Pam is a crypt-keeper and the absolute worst. Also notice how many of the other five star reviews only have 1-2 reviews under their name. Hmmm, strange.
