Nordstrom Rack

Breanna and Celes are truly the best. I hope I got their name spelling right but they deserve a raise. They went above and beyond for me. Truly the best customer service I’ve seen at any retail store.

It used to be stocked with man's brand name stuff like Sperry top-siders, sandals, name brand under wear and underneath T-shirts, nice dress shirts, good variety of beanies etc. Not no more.

The store is quite big, but it gave me the feeling that everything is crowded from how they have distributed inside store. I went to see if I could find a new pair of running shoes and ended up purchasing a really nice luggage bag at a great price. The variety of clothes and shoes are really nice, but i also found some styles a little expensive even with the discounted prices. Overall, I would like to end saying that I really recommend buying in this store, it's a nice place where you could find some good deals.

Eight people in line and one cashier.

This location was no different than other nordstrom rack stores except for one thing. They have a larger selection of size 10 and 11 shoes for women 🙂 Cashier's and staff were friendly.

Great selections of shoes if you can find your size. Upscale prices. Review update 27 April 2018 - need to stock Wide sizes please. Long wait for about 20 minutes at check out, you really need to improve this problem.

I had a great experience at Nordstrom Rack in Chino Hills. The store is well-organized with a fantastic selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful, and despite a busy atmosphere, the checkout line moved quickly. A well-run location that makes shopping easy and enjoyable!
