The only reason to choose Sam's over Costco is because it's less crowded. Costco does carry more variety of products but not necessary a deal breaker. Memberships are also cheaper especially if you wait for the deals. Scan & Go is a very convenient tool to scan the barcode of every item and checkout through your app instead of waiting in line. If you do need a physical card, you can get one through the Member Service. But not needed when you got the digital card on the Sam's Club app.

Placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived well within my pickup window. The parking area was a complete mess half the designated curbside spot was filled with regular shoppers who went inside, leaving no space for actual curbside customers. I couldn’t even check in. I went inside to explain and offered to grab my own paid items, but was told I "had to wait in line." The problem was there was no line to wait in because people were constantly pulling into spots the moment they opened. After waiting 25 minutes just to get a spot and check in, I spoke with three team members and a manager named Eddie, who was unfortunately no help at all. To make things worse, another person even used the same pickup spot I checked into for their order. There’s absolutely no regulation, no organization, and the whole process felt unsafe for both customers and employees. When I mentioned this, the manager admitted they were "aware of the issue" and that they were "talking about it." OSHA should definitely be notified of these unsafe conditions. It ended up taking nearly 45 minutes from arrival to actually receive my order it would’ve been faster to just go inside and shop myself. Until this location fixes its unsafe and chaotic curbside system, I’d strongly recommend avoiding it.

5 stars for the male cashier who was professional and helped me check out. The one star is for the manager that wasted my time and embarrassed us both by chewing him out over a non issue. The following is my letter sent to corporate: First off, I am not complaining about the item or the male associate who was the cashier. I'm complaining about the female manager who chewed him out in front of me for not prioritizing other members. I am a member too and I was there to check out ONE thing and this woman caused embarrassment to both me and the cashier and wasted my time by reprimanding him. A transaction that should have taken 30 seconds took a few minutes for no reason. Please find that manager (female, heavyset, african American, about 5 foot 7 or 8) and publicly reprimand HER her for her actions.

I had a very bad experience at Sam’s Club around 7:20 PM at the food court. My phone was loading slowly when I tried to show my membership, and the employee named Gavin was extremely rude and impatient. Instead of understanding, he gave me an attitude and spoke disrespectfully. It was embarrassing and left me really upset. I’ve always liked shopping at Sam’s Club, but after this experience, I honestly don’t feel like coming back.

I try to buy the soil from here and I have the highest member , on there system showing 5.98 and store charge 8+ even scan & go still showing higher price , the front employee with a boring face just tell us , that’s wrong price and just leave , what a perfect service, he just want us know , I was right! Yes, System issue , so what? Good job , same club !
